    Videoslots is just as bad. They process withdrawals back to the most used card: you can reset it apparently, regardless, a stupid system.
    As for Guts - wouldn’t send them a penny. They’re a shambles.  ?
    Funny again how you’re allowed to deposit and the ‘rules’ don’t apply. Come withdrawal time, as if by magic, the rules are invoked. How quaint.
    I don’t get this whole card verification thing. If the payment processors ran checks surely, they’d match the card details to the account?

    for me willhill is both best and worst. It depends on who you get for your livechat session, lol

    ive had really odd and apparently complex issues solved in matter of minutes, but ive also had situations where simple free spins promo wouldnt work and live chat person would be as confused as i am ...

    oh and iGame. igame has the worst support ive had misfortune to deal with, and 9 out of 10 times you will either run into someone who obviously doesnt give rats a$$ about your problem, and is not even trying to hide it. Ive also had live chat hang on me multiple times and in my 7 or so years of online play, thats the only site such a thing actually happened as i really try to be as nice as possible.

    ive heard other people coplain about their live chat but it really is something you need to witness firsthand to actually believe it, its like they are trying to be bad on purpose and really dont give a %#($(

    if it was just one live chat rep, sure it could happen everywhere, but if every chat rep has same uninspired, ignorant attitude, its obviously casinos fault. Either that or they recruit crappy live chat reps on purpose

    Such a treatment is obviously a sign of unprofessionalism. That is why it is important to choose a casino with a good customer support. Sadly, it’s not that easy to find such a site. Sometimes you can only understand if the casino’s support is working properly by contacting them. It's possible to do that via email form or live chat, where you can ask a question concerning, for example, wagering conditions, etc. Independence on how quickly and how expertly they reply you’ll determine if a certain casino worth entering. Also, it wouldn't harm to check complaints about the casino.

    Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers forum.
    After all these years we've seen and heard about countless of the so called 'winning strategies'  and yet, not a single  true winning one in a long perspective run.  In short, what makes you think yours is an exception? ?

    i think the casinos, upon a successful complaint for the player, should state some sort of action point to show how they aim to reduce the number of similar complaints in the future   Something like this:

    Complaint - player denied winnings due to casino invoking some vague, anti consumer, term in their t's and c's

    Upheld for player

    Casino Action - A management decision has been taken to stop the informal/unseen policy of trying to shaft players.

    I think it would be wiser to start with relatively low betting sums and gradually raise them while you gain needed experience. And by the time you learning how to gamble, try to keep following rules in mind:

    — pay attention to the rules of the casino at which you're going to play;

    — never play with borrowed money;

    — don't gamble for purposes of recovering your losses as you might easily lose even more;

    — don't enter casino without basic strategy or plan;

    — stick with reliable and safe casinos;

    — always check terms of bonuses and promotions;

    — set specific limits;

    — don't play casino games non-stop;

    — know when it's time to walk away.

    There are many other things to consider and keep in mind, but I think that for now, it would be enough for you.

    The games you’ve mentioned are all pretty HV. Iv been getting beat up on Push Gamings. But I know when I play it what to expect. Some days I’m 10 spins in and getting 1500x plus. Some days it’s 10000 spins and not one above 100x. They are what they are.

    Personally I don’t like thunder kick - apart from Wild Heist. Innovative? Possibly. Potential? Not really worth it.

    Try a lower variance provider - pains me to say it but quickspin have produced a few decent Medium Variance games like Emerald Islands that can keep your balance going and offer a realistic chance of 1000x plus.

    It really is important that you understand volatility - it affects your bets, your expectations but more importantly - your sanity.

    Hi there, and welcome to Askgamblers.

    Firstly, all new gamblers should and must realise that gambling is not much difference than formula 1 racing! For newbies, it is suicidal!!! What it means is that, before anyone can participate in such very risky events, one must be armed with all the essential knowledge and experience first!

    For gamblers, playing casino games without the required knowledge and experience would definitely lead to incredibly huge losses...and also probably leading to addiction...and worse more. So, as a new gambler, always start VERY CAUTIOUSLY and with small affordable bets...NEVER play with big bets unless you know the game very well...even if you have millions in your bank account! A million bucks/quid can be lost within months!

    Needless to say, it usually takes years to gain all the knowledge and experience...but every new gambler must start at the very beginning!

    SOW stands for Source Of Wealth verification.

    Some casinos require to have this SoW verification done and approved before any payment can be made. It's one of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) measures imposed by the new regulations, typically by UKGC, but is unfortunately not being wisely implemented by casinos.

    SoW requires you to submit proof of your wealth (aaargh!), like proof of inheritance, proof of salary, proof of big winnings from a casino, etc.

    Personally, I find it absolutely ridiculous when casinos require such SoW verification when any player only makes small deposits and/or withdrawals.

    It's called lack of luck, we have all experienced it occasionally and yes, it may last for a long period of time unfortunately.

    For what is worth, currently, I'm right in the middle of such a long, losing period which is lasting for couple of months already. It sucks big time of course, but I know my time will come again, just like it always happened in the past. It's just a matter of patience and limiting the 'collateral damage' in the meantime.

    Good luck mate!

    frankel reacted to pinnit2015 in What's an acceptable minmum withdrawal amount?
    Probably 20...250 is excessive and if it was a UKGC casino they'd be reported as it only serves one function - holding onto players cash and probably contrary to Responsible Gambling as it's encouraging people, who may not want to, to play on and on. Any casino that has this in their term should be confined to a more appropriate setting - a blacklist of some sort.

    Dear @gambledor, please make sure to avoid throwing such serious accusations without all the relevant rock solid and undisputed evidence!

    In addition, the casino representatives in our forum could be easily spotted by the relevant title associated under their usernames. Which means unless there's "Casino Representative" under the username, you are talking with real players, most of which have proven themselves here after years and thousands of posts.

    A question which has been bothering me for almost a decade...

    Still haven't found an adequate and/or reasonable answer though, but what might sound as a decent explanation at least is the chemical reaction produced by gambler's brain upon seeing big bonus numbers such as 300, 400 and even 500%. Irresistible...

    Ha, forgot to answer to the "What are reasonable Casino fees?" question...

    In my humble opinion, the only reasonable casino fees are the No Fees at all when it comes to deposits and withdrawals. Any other excuses you might here or read from casinos is a pathetic attempt on their behalf to justify poor business decisions and blatant disregard of their players!

    Conversion fees on the other hand are still a pretty tricky moment which depends on so many different factors which makes it literally impossible for a common online gambler to find the truth behind the myths. Always refer to your bank and/or e-wallet support team just to be sure you won't lose half of your skin transferring money to some casino.

    I do like to keep abreast of regulatory stuff (sad like that). So I'll post anything of interest on here. Not sure of the status of the consultation but this here is the main heading for the current UKGC review into their licensing:

    First bullet point absolutely, no issue.

    The one that interests me the most is the third. Unfair terms. We see all the time 'they were the terms, you should have abided by them'. But some of the terms of licensed operators verge, or even fall over, into being unfair. Quite frankly it's a bit stupid that the UKGC doesn't monitor changes to terms, or if they do they don't do a great job. I sent two instances of terms of licensed casinos that i thought, in a court of law, would be deemed to be unfair and therefore unenforceable. The response? You're just an individual basically, go away. They have been so lax on this area to the point where I don't even know why they need to consult on it.

    No mention of looking at the payment issues - personally I'd fine casino's for unjustly delaying payments to people who have made valid wins at their establishment. A few heft fines will sort out some of the trouble makers. If that doesn't work, take their licence off them.

    Oh but, they're not an ombudsman...ah that's ok then

    The Commission announced that it would consult on the following amendments to the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (“LCCP“):
    Age verification – whether to introduce a new LCCP requirement for age verification on all consumers before they deposit money and also before they play free games; Customer identification – whether to introduce (a) a new LCCP requirement for customer due diligence; and ( mandatory account limits until operators had verified the identity of their customers; Unfair terms advice – a consultation is already underway regarding amendments to the LCCP amid concerns about widespread instances of unfair terms and practices in terms and conditions. The Commission will continue to work to raise standards in this area; and Customer interaction – the effectiveness of the existing customer services interaction controls, in particular how these could be modified to help identify those at risk of gambling related harm.
