Hi there, Was just wondering is it normal procedure for a casino to ask for a full bank statement in PDF? They approved 5 x payments to me but I only received 4 x payments. It was a decent figure that they paid and it went ito my bank account via bank withdrawal in the nominated time frame and they have been great with communication etc.. I guess they have all my personal info already anyways so im probably worrying about nothing. The casino is one of the top rated casinos on this site and i havent had any issues with withdrawals previously.. Anyway thank you to anyone that can shed some light for me.. Thanks, have a great day
