just a reminder that Del Oro casino lost it's AG certificate of trust in February 2025 for being untrustworthy, dishonesty, dubious casino activity.
So what makes anyone think a casino like that would submit any honest evidence to LCB and Guru or to anyone and that's even if they can be bothered to responding to complaints or any ADR or mediators.

Hey guys, I just wanted to issue an important update regarding Del Oro Casino. After our investigations, we have decided to remove the Certificate of Trust for this casino with immediate effect.

if a casino loses the ag certificate of trust , shouldn't that also affect their casino rating score on AG... you shouldn't get to stay above 9 points that should automatic drop of at least 3 points.

so del oro casino lost their AG certificate of trust in February 2025 (and also got thrown into the rogue pit at CM), and yet in this thread we are supposed to trust this casino?
