  1. Thank you, I emailed them and informed them that I was going to submit a formal complaint, true to their word, they are no longer responding so I went ahead and did it. Hopefully I will get some straight answers, thanks for your help x

  2. I know, extremely rude,I'm quite shocked to be honest. They've given me no time scale at all, they just keep saying their finance department are investigating and to be patient. I emailed very politely asking if they had an update and got that very rude response. Seems to be the same two people emailing me,if I email a complaint, it will go to the person I'm complaining about. Feel as though I'm getting nowhere fast and now they're telling me not to contact anymore, what on earth do they expect me to do x

  3. Remember any international/swift transfers can take from 5 - 10 business working days to debit/credit cards. So today would only be the 7th business day. When i do wire transfers from Neteller to my Debit/Credit card, it took about 8 days the first time and the 2nd time 5 days. So its different all the time. Plus as far as i know with us, when the money hits the bank, they check where its coming from, it needs to bypass the reserve bank and exchange control and then only placed in your account. Foreign payments also needs to be released by you and you need to explain sometimes where the funds are coming from. As mentioned this is how complicated things can get in South Africa for foreign payments. Not sure if this apply in your country. I am sure it will come give it up until the 10th business day before opening an official complaint.

    I was just wondering if anyone has had any issues with instacasino? I withdrew £700 which they say they processed on the 9th June and still waiting. They pride themselves on fast payouts and are adamant it will reach me "sooner or later" but I'm getting a little frustrated
