Happy to see the issue has been resolved in a relatively prompt manner thanks to @Conor@Trada.  :
Seems like the new forum functionality with tagging (@username) specific forum member (or casino rep in this case) works really great, therefore, you're strongly encouraged to use it on every possible occasion.  

I've already made the request for it to be expedited  Hopefully they see it before their COB.

Just to update again the £750 was re-credited to my Trada account, and I've requested to withdraw via Skrill. 
I'm hoping @Conor@Trada is able to get this processed today rather than a 48 hour wait 😅

All support prior to migration was done in-house.
After migration, some of the team were absorbed into other roles (Content writing, Image design, Affiliate support etc)

Correct mate - AG run the support as that allows us to support many more languages (Spanish, Norwegian, Finnish, German) and have longer LiveChat hours. (Increased from 9am - 11pm to 7am - 1am). Soon the LiveChat will be 24 hours too. And Phone support too if you feel like chatting about a problem instead of typing
Wasn't aware about VISA Direct though, AFAIk, we're adding a bunch of new deposit and withdrawal methods this quarter. I'll check if that's on the list.

AG may not be my favourite place but they're far from rogue - just improvements needed 😉
I've never had an issue when i played there with withdrawals etc - certainly never went to bed worrying about pending ones (though that would be one of the improvements - either remove the pending or at least, like Trada used to, allow a lock on it)
In another thread Mrs P plays at one of the brands and if she withdraws at 11pm, it's approved (well last 5) at 3am on the dot. 

Thanks for the insight, It's reassuring to know that the old trada staff are still there, at first i thought it had been sold to what felt like a rogue operator after seeing some reviews in the past few months.
Now I'm just 🤞 hoping you can get me a positive response today 😅!

Unfortunately you're dealing with (sorry, Conor) one of the worst CS in the biz....but luckily one of the best Rep's in Conor, so hopefully he'll be able to have a look. 
If you think they're bad I'd something similar with William Hill and their outsourced CS that took 2hrs of calls to sort what was a simple issue. 

I really don't see why they can do a bank transfer to Natwest. Please feel free to PM the rep I have tagged above but I'm sure Conor will reply tomorrow anyway.

Can you not make a withdrawal via bank transfer/wire. We've had lots of posts about withdrawals to Mastercard ad generally a withdrawal to bank solves the issue. Which country are you playing from?
