Your post made some misunderstanding in this forum. When I first read your post the first thing that came to my mind is a horse betting station or similar on sports. It can be also a land base casino. I personally don't have an idea about London.

Issue with their provider? From the sound of it looks like they are just trying to get away with all their responsibilities to the players. Having a bad record with gamblers is not good to their business because they will not attract any new gamblers to play and loyal gamblers will quit playing with they.

Well It looks like they want to know how the player win so big in a particular games they made. It is normal to them to investigate so they will know if it's a genuine win or it was caused by a software bug. If it's a bug then they make a fix for it to prevent it happening again.

Yes that's true free demo is useful to check out the features of the game. But regarding to what I said how easy to win I just find that trying free demos and let say you win in that free demo, I would have an idea on how will I win in the slot.
