It was the self exclusion trick, apparently i asked for a 12 month exclusion on 22/04.2015 at a sister company but i know it was six months. They allowed me to open a further 4 accounts under the same operator one of them was verified with documents and able to withdraw. But due to this being a substantial win they've pulled that card on me. Bit of a nasty trick total amount was 4000GBP for my withdrawal
