A good advise/tool that many casino's do offer is to ask for your game history for a specific period. Normally on the account you as a player can just see the deposit / withdrawal history and some times it feels that the money is your pouring through your fingers like sand on the beach - but then looking at the actual game history you have had hours of play time and tons of wagering so the payout % on the game is right about where it should be. No maximum winning amount. When that has been cleared you can cash that out. We had some players making a €300 dep - cashed out and got the 999 free spins played them cashed out and so on without playing with any real money. So we had to add that one just to prevent that.
