Hahaha...yes indeed mate! Playtech should have maintained all their old games as before...as how most of Microgaming's old games remained unchanged...then I wouldn't have turned around and literally walked away from Playtech.
 
Nowadays, if not for Safari Heat and Dolphin Reef, I wouldn't want to step into any Playtech casino anymore! They have made these 2 favourite games of mine paying so poorly nowadays, but I still cannot resist them totally as yet...but one day soon, I WILL!!!!

As for your importance breakdown.. Great points there. I'm happy to say that we are taking all of these into consideration. Our goal is to make the players experience as smooth as possible. 

We will have loyalty schemes and bonuses ofc. I will be updating this thread as development progresses.

Just as a side note...in terms of what's important to me (in no order and in no way all of them)
 
1. Software Providers - it's the reason i don't play at casinos like Casino.com that much even though they have good loyalty perks; because i'm not fussed on Playtech games. So, however quick withdrawals are, is irrelevant.
 
2. Processing Speed - Appreciate that some casinos claim to use pending periods to review play but if their controls are so good in order of identifying irregular play then why have 2/3 days pending? I know...revenue from reversing. I do play at some casino's with a 24hr pending period, but most are instant or less than 6 hours. If you're going to have it give customers the ability to lock/manually flush.
 
3. Loyalty - most casinos have similar SW/Processing speeds etc so for me why i pick one in front of the other comes down to this. We all know the risk of losing but what's nice is when a casino fires you the odd free chip etc. Seems a small gesture but makes you feel that not just a number - Videoslots could learn a lot here. I also like a loyalty scheme - be it points/conversions etc`: again, Leo Vegas could learn a few things!
 
4. Verification - mess people about at the start...you may see them never return
 
5. Bonus - i like a Wagering challenge so NO to bonus that sucks in your real cash into the WR. Regular (subject to abuse) are good - this is where Leo are good. 
 
Above all...be a reputable company; don't have or invoke predatory terms and conditions. Not cool.

When i started off working i was at an engineering firm, construction etc. The guys there all had their own way of talking. I then moved to more a head office base. And i can tell you which one i preferred. Colourful language, yes, BS not so much compared to the insidiousness of a head office
 
Oh and i've been more 'violence' at clean spoken corporate events than with people who swear a lot.

Looks like White Rabbit is coming on Wednesday 23rd October. Don't know the sites it'll be available on first but Leo Vegas normally gets the BTG's on release date.
 
Played the game in fun mode - lets be honest, playing games in fun mode isn't any fun.... - and first impressions aren't great.
 
It look's like a more expensive Dragon Born - more Megaways than the 117k (around about 225k if you max all the reels), plus can spin at 10p.
 
No multiplier in the bonus which is a shame (i love a multiplier!)
 
You can buy a bonus...i imagine this will lead to a lot of poverty amongst people who have gone 400 spins without one.

Or....not apply the bonus to table games. Make it real cash only if that's what they want.
 
But yet again, it's allowed and then only at withdrawal does the old 'you breached' come into play.
 
Fear not though, the regulators are currently addressing the use of the word 'free' spins. 

The thing is, some players sometimes want to switch from slots to table games and vice versa, they call it variation. Instead adding these kinda terms they should divided the deposit bonuses in two like some casinos. A bonus for slots only and a bonus for table games only or a bonus lock feature might help a lot. Casinos should make players feel confortable playing at their casino, not frustrated. Nobody likes to play on a field of landmines.

The house edge isn't enough for these casinos that they feel the need to impose more and more restrictive terms in their favour.  

It's also the vagueness of some of these terms. What does irregular betting patterns actually mean? My betting may look irregular mainly because if my balance is low i may bet big because i'm getting fed up. Casinos have enough of an edge, enough bust wagering attempts to more than compensate for those who meet it.
 
Players bear the risk of losing their 100 quid deposit, without any recourse so if a casino offers a bonus - to attract more customer, then they should bear the brunt of any winners' payouts.
 
I refuse to take bonus's that lock my real money in with bonus monies - if i win with MY real money then i should be able to take it when i want. If i go into the bonus funds, well happy to wager x35 as it's money i've not deposited.

Yeah I'm ware that my luck will start to go the other way - fortunately I have an exam in December so I'm going to be taking a break from the slots - Bonanza will be put on hold for a brief vacation
