I agree with some of the posters that most casinos take advantage of problem gamblers as they are considered the "low hanging fruits". That said, I have seen a few of the big named UK sportsbooks whom I promote lock out players for suspicion of problem gambling. Exactly how they deem a player as so mystifies me. Perhaps it's his pattern of deposits and activities?
