Sorry to hear that you seem to be having issues with Jack and the Beanstalk.
 
It sounds like there is an issue with the way that the game files are cached on your PC/Mobile so here are instructions on how to correct this. I'd imagine that this will be useful for other casino players who are also having tech issues with a game. Therefore he is a list of devices and how to clear your cookies and cache per browser. 9 times out of 10 this will resolve the issue you are having.
 
Mozilla Firefox:
-Choose Tools, 
-Options. 
-Check under the tab called Privacy- 
-Choose Remove individual cookies.
 
Internet Explorer:
-Choose Tools, 
-Internet Options. 
-Check under the tab General
-Press delete and then delete all cookies.
 
Google Chrome:
- Click Chrome menu on the browser toolbar. 
-Select Tools. 
-Select Clear browsing data. 
-Use checkboxes to select "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" and "Cached images and files". 
-Click "Clear browsing data".
 
Safari:
-Open Safari if it is not already open.
-Choose Safari > Preferences, and then click Privacy.
-Click Details.
-Select one or more website that stores cookies, and then click Remove or Remove All.
-When you finish removing websites, click Done.
 
On your iPhone:
From the Home screen, choose Settings > Safari.
Tap Clear Cookies.
 
On your Android:
-Launch your browser
-Press the Menu key, then press More
-Press Settings
-Scroll down to the Privacy Settings section
-Press Clear All Cookie Data
-Press OK
 
I've also sent a reply to your inbox so I can check your account and see if there is a game that hadn't completed correctly. I can be specific in your case with this information. If you'd be so kind as to reply with your email address I'll look into it as soon as I am able to.
 
In regards to the bonuses you mention, these are decided on a case by case basis so you won't always be entitled to an extra bonus over and above our normal promotions. We do still offer some great promotions in general so please do keep an eye on your SMS and emails. Especially since I note that you said you didn't receive one for a while. Do we have the correct details for you? We can check all of this out for you with your email address of course.
