  1. They haven’t sent me a single thing but the passwords, the odd thing is they sent the passwords to my new email but won’t sent the emt to my new emails why is this? I messaged gigadat and they told me that cadoola must contact them so they can reissue the emts to my new email but now cadoola won’t reply to any of my emails.

  2. Google won’t let me login I got a new phone and I forgot my password to my gmail and now it tell me it cannot prove it’s me and it won’t show me my questions and try’s to send the reset code to my old phone number that doesn’t exist so I can’t recover my email at all google told me.

    I have told them more times, but its still an issue 
  4. Now there telling basically I cant have my money because my old email account used for the site is gone I even asked them if I could change it they told me they added it to my account, and I cant change the old one.

Well they owe me $2400 and all i get are email saying  "sorry its taking so long to pay you out" and so on, I have no idea what to do I made a complaint but the complaint hasn't been posted as of yet it been around 30 Hours, also I cant seem to change my email on this site it wont let me save it.

  6. It's funny because they always hold me off till the Friday knowing that there's no banking days till Monday. I make a valid complaint and no one can see it, I have been a loyal customer to slotsmillion for awhile now. My last withdrawal took 3 weeks it's amazing that they use the same PP and even more amazing is that I still play there.

  7. What are you talking about ? Sharing I made it private already also people share there conversations all the time as evidence, my tone is unlike anyone else when someone is delaying payment. All I am suggesting is when someone makes a complaint and it doesn't get accepted with evidence seems like there trying to protect the casinos instead of being there for the actual player that has a complaint. If everyone can't make a complaint about a casino then we might as well go to the other sites that offer the same services.

    Also if you mean anything about the remark from me saying Canadian players don't get paid in a timely fashion then I guess the truth hurts.

I just find it odd that I make a complaint about slotsmillion withdrawal time I submitted a screenshot of me talking to felix, and I always get a message telling me that my complaint was rejected. Now it's at the point where I try to make a complaint and it wont even submit to be reviewed. I think that players from Canada where they said the withdrawal times are delayed should be warned at least because if you expect your money within a timely manner it will not happen. 

  9. I think that this site likes to ignore complaints, I have made valid complaints toward a casino they keeps delaying my withdrawal and this site wont let me submit them? So my feed back is asking if you can fix this issue that would be great thanks
