      Because of 21.com inability to cater to a proper withdrawal via bank transfer, I lost $54 when I received my money, that doesn’t include the $17 a shot my bank charged me, what they do, is change my Canadian dollars into euros and send me euros and when they arrive, I lose because of the exchange rate, I deposit in Canadian dollars, I play in Canadian dollars and I withdraw in Canadian dollars, their internal procedure cost me $54! Nine out of 10 casinos do it the right way but there’s always one who messes up in this manner but I’m not going to lose $54! They are a good casino, good support but They have been negligent in handling my request to have my $54 reimbursed in cash, not bonus, can somebody tell me a complaint is justified or not?
