    Just thought i'd touch on this subject its been on my mind for quite ...some time now 

    I find the idea that one has to wait without choice for a reversal time frame to expire 

    without the ability to effect a manual flush to be somewhat of a drag I dunno what 

    do you guys think ? Its a bit stone age in my opinion. 

    First cashouts understandable but ongoing ...yeah think there may need to be some 

    changes out there *shrugs* what do you think brothers and sisters. 

  2. My Five Cents Worth : Ok so they messed up and paid you the money ...and you went out of your way to return it and its going on 2 months ...I'm assuming over the course of this

    time you would have "expenses" associated with trying to rectify their obvious ongoing blundering ...If i were them in the face of this ongoing publicity I would sweep the matter under the

    carpet and let you keep the winnings ..the ongoing in incompetence sends bad publicity signals.

    Sure Ill Clarify it me and a few others were trying to get this group to come out of hiding and start paying people clearly they are just a fraud operation taking peoples money and that guy Warren Cloud (http://www.onlinecasinotopic.com/news/death-of-warren-cloud-online-casino-operator-leaves-questions.html) is involved here somewhere as his alias name is recognized by this casino group either its him or someone pretending to be him and if you follow the history of what happened and how they are now set up in Costa Rica nice place to be if you want to dodge the law or evade paying people their money I should have just been more direct but I wanted to give these guys a chance to come to the bargaining table now i just want to destroy the fkrs so they don't take anyone else for a ride.

    Its been a while and my ploy to try and encourage a REP to come forward and start addressing issues has fallen on deaf ears and also all the communication I've been given is a load of bollicks just evasive answers I think the new tactic is to delay indefinitely but I've got news for these guys their evil deeds are coming to an end. 

     

    I Now Encourage the Owner Operator to come forward and address matters I'm to understand that one Oliver Curran an Alias once Used by a certain Warren Cloud has recently surfaced someone has been circulating this around the internet within the last hour I find it cryptic to say the least JrNmeh.jpg I'm to understand that Warren Cloud died of a heart attack in 2008 now your claiming that he is "Connected" I find this mystifying to say the least and I think its about time your organisation came forward and started honoring the money in which you owe people withdrawals the dam lot .

     

    This is just my first port of call I think it is an injustice to allow this to continue any longer too many people are hurting out there it needs to be addressed they are allready having trouble with Click to Pay , and Neteller ...if someone doesn't come forward soon VISA/MASTERCARD will join the list games are over RVO come foward .

  13. I've seen many casino brands trying to get rid of their scandalous reputation over the years... And the vast majority of them just prove the saying that the leopard doesn't change its spots. ;)

     

    The casino names mentioned in the above posts are having a huge pile of complaints at our website, most of them not even answered let alone being reviewed accordingly by any casino representative and solved. And all that providing the fact that since April last year  we do not accept complaints against brands which are not resented here... 

     

    So, talking is talking, but I would prefer to see a casino representative for the above brands contacting us and trying to solve all these complaints. 

     

    ValDes I agree Totally and it would be good if the group responded and possibly appointed a Representative whom could resolve issues currently tabled 

    the end result is a positive one lets see what happens ...they say Every Dark Cloud has a Silver Lining :) ..may it be so for things to come ..also thank you kindly

    Greetings ValDes With all Due Respect : I most certainly do not work for these brands I'm manager of a company in New Zealand Pak'n'Save my only interest here is trying to help clear up 

    an apparent dark cloud that if cleared up could benefit all as I see the number of complaints ...*shrugs* wouldn't it be good to see a lot of matters resolved i'm basing 

    things on merit people are getting paid and there appears to be a need for  "Representatives" as half the problem that exists is lack of communication

    and yes I'm a player at Slot Nuts Casino.

    I Wanted to discuss the topic of this particular casino and its group which has been blacklisted due to the number of reasons 

    which can easily be found in Casino Complaints. 

    I want to make it clear that one of the main problems is communication what is needed is a representative from the group which 

    can act as a problem solver for the group : I too had an issue with the group in particular Slotnuts Casino but found the guy 

    Arthur Lee who helped me resolve the issue and I ended up getting my withdrawal. 

     

    Since then I've had no problems what so ever with slot nuts and the feedback I gave them about improving payment times 

    and handling customer inquiries seems to have taken root with the introduction of Neteller and faster customer response 

    times and I've also had three further withdrawal since I can't see why they are considered rogue as they are paying out ?.

     

    It was even explained to me that they were the target of a lot of credit card scammers and that trying to sort it all out is a 

    nightmare , between that and terms and conditions which are hardly ever read regards to coupons , and the fact that the 

    company is in a learning stage within the gambling industry I think its a bit hasty to write them and the entire group off 

    without first taking a look at things more accurately. 

     

    For instance what if they were to appoint a Representative and resolve matters which are currently tabled would this 

    be a step in the right direction ? how does the community feel ? my fellow gamblers . 

  16. Stopped by Grand Reef for a visit one time cleaned out over 10k most from a  hit on xmen the feature kept retriggering but only 4.5k on the "apex" hit but guess thats not bad and considering i hate playtech guess i had to love it this day.

  17. How much money do you guys put into a slot game before switching slots?

     

    I usually do $5 unless I win, then I just play until I get back to the amount was going to quit at.

    Everything is Random I mean we can talk about High Volatility and Low Volatility but at the end of the day your at the mercy of the Random Number Generator you could spend 99.9 percent of your bank hit absolutely nothing then on the last push with like 3 lines one [1cent] 0.03  bet you could strike five scatters on dead or alive and land 75 dollars like i did couple of weeks back its all random could switch slots but your still dealing with a r.n.g that sometimes will treat you right other times be a right pain in the behind.

    What Casino's will ask for to Verify ones account will vary :

     

    Usually the standard requirements will be

     

    1. Photogenic Identification (passport , drivers licence , an Identity Card (Government issued) , and sides front and back.

    (To Prove ones age and Identity)

     

    2. A Utility Bill or If they allow an Official Letter ..Bank Statement does the trick most times.

    (Proof of Address)

     

    3. If purchases have been made they may ask for proof more than likely with credit cards they will ask

    for the front and back (as advised by Val'Des Blur out those sections to take temptation away from the tempted I mean we are dealing with humans here not robots ;)  

     

    Another example is U'kash you will be asked most times to provide a scan of the voucher , Another example if the payment was via Neteller they will request a screenshot of the account and you will show them the purchase.

     

    For all the above if there's anything private you don't want people to see simply load the scanned image ..also with the scanned image make it 1200dpi .. load it into paint , photoshop , and whatever else takes your fancy.

    Now for the editing part you know what you don't want them to see for example will leave out those purchases for xxx mags ,and etc ...you know what I mean.
