    Hi again,

Really sorry for the slow reply but for some reason I'm not getting the notifications 😕 all I get are the PM notifications @Fiekie247 thank you for pinging me there.

Just to address your points here.

    1. I mean, yeah, I can totally sympathize with you here, and as a player I would also prefer having no limit and wager free spins. However, there's always a limit as to how much we are comfortable giving out in rewards as a casino.  There are a few ways to go here, and one would be to give less bonuses but making them wager free and no cap, or give more of them but with caps. The thing is, all players are also different here, right? Some like to get more bonuses but with higher wagering so they get more play time, some hate everything about WR and prefer to get less but without restrictions. My ambition is to somehow tailor it to all players and let them choose which avenue they wanna go.  But as for your point here I see that more as feedback (unless I missed something).

    2. It's a bit tricky to answer based on what you just said here. "if stuff isn't hitting over a sustained period of time when bonuses are in play", it comes across as a very subjective interpretation here if you don't mind me saying so. If you have anything specific in that you can provide in terms of "I can show you here that I made 1000 spins in a row on Starburst and hit nothing", it gives it a bit more substance you know? Is this a concern you only have with BitStarz (and winz as you mention here) or is it a wider concern on your end? All game providers need to have license and certification for their games and they all needs to be certified by a third party. In complete honesty it's not my strongest of areas.

    3. The thing is (and I can only speak for BitStarz) we are not a FIAT focused casino, which means there are limited deposit options in FIAT (and even more limited for withdrawals). Some withdrawal options are also quite limited in terms of what currencies we can send to the player and there might be a conversion taking place depending on which one you use. Again, if I ruled the world I would want to offer all options and make them as simple as possible but we are often at the mercy of the providers we can get. But I do sympathize with what you're saying and all I can mention here is that it's how the situation is and based on that you can make an informed decision on how you want to proceed. Sadly I cannot offer anything better for FIAT withdrawals most likely, but I do recommend crypto as a much better solution. I cannot and won't force you to go one way or the other, but I'm just keen on presenting the options you have and you can choose one that suits you (if you wish).

    Olle

Olle I'll focus on Point 2 and 3

    2. I strongly encourage Bitstarz to become E-Cogra Certified in fact all of Dama NV that's all that ill mention further in regards to this issue .

    3. New Zealand players have issues with Crypto as our exchanges here our ability to turn Crypto to Currency is difficult thus using card

withdrawal and cards are the preferred option less fuss but I mean come on having to pay for exchange fees on an account currency in nzd

that gets processed in usd / gbp is just nuts and its not normal its stupid NZD means NZD not usd : another 50 in exchange fees yesterday

couldn't be bothered with vouchers one day why should I have too and be penalised just seems unfair .

If you could help a new player in the industry, what would be your top three casino tips?

What are the top three things that you look for before you register at any casino?

    Go ....

    1. Stay away from jurisdictions that require sow/sof checks

    2. Check the casino review here at A.G look at not just ratings but any complaints and look at how it was handled .

    3. Look for an E-Cogra approval if they have one this vastly improves the chances things are running legit .

And oh lastly there's a fourth read all the bonus conditions a lot of casino's have bonus protections software running these

days that prevents wagering on a game that isn't allowed I was among those that raised the idea originally before it got implemented

so in many cases yourself .

Anyway sorry for the drill sargent speech i'd rather my fellow gamblers be wise before they hit the wasteland all the

best and remember like is like a leaf on the wind if you strive to jump high you may catch it before it flys by .

    Be well community .

The Solution for Curacao Online Gaming Operators

    by Anjouan Licensing

In the fast-paced world of online gaming, ensuring the continuity and reliability of your operations is crucial. Curacao has long been a favoured jurisdiction for obtaining online gaming licenses due to its favourable regulations and easy sublicensing system. However, with the coming changes in Curacao, operators will face unforeseen challenges. That’s where Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. steps in, offering Anjouan Internet Gaming Licenses as a strategic redundancy solution for Curacao sublicensed online gaming operators. Let’s explore how obtaining an additional license from Anjouan can provide a robust backup plan, enhancing your business’s stability and resilience.

In today’s digital landscape, any interruption to your online gaming operations can have severe financial and reputational consequences. By obtaining an Anjouan Internet Gaming License as a redundancy option, Curacao sublicensed operators can mitigate the risks associated with potential service disruptions caused by the proposed regulatory changes, in Curacao. This additional license acts as a safety net, allowing operators to maintain business continuity and protect their customer base.

Anjouan, one of the Comoros Islands, provides a unique opportunity for Curacao operators to diversify their licensing portfolio. An Anjouan Internet Gaming License allows operators to extend their services to a broader global market, tapping into new player demographics and expanding revenue streams.

We understand the value of time in the competitive online gaming industry. This is why we offer a streamlined application process, ensuring a hassle-free experience for operators seeking to obtain an additional license. The requirements are straight forward and simple, ensuring that for those that qualify, the licensing journey is fast and efficient.

Similar to Curacao, Anjouan maintains a favourable regulatory environment for online gaming. Anjouan Internet Gaming Licenses are recognized and respected by industry stakeholders worldwide. Operators can leverage this credibility to attract new players and reassure existing customers about the reliability and legality of their operations.

By holding an Anjouan Internet Gaming License in addition to their Curacao sublicense, operators effectively spread their regulatory risk. Any of the coming proposed changes in Curacao’s gaming regulations that are unfavourable or potential licensing issues will have minimal impact on their operations, as they can seamlessly continue to operate under their Anjouan license.

Contact us to learn more about expanding your license portfolio and ensuring your business continuity.

Curious ....what purposed changes are we talking about ? I guess having a Anjouan License is advantageous .

How long did it take in total?

I requested a card withdrawal only took a couple of hours and it hit my bank account was my first withdrawal so you get that since then

I've had one other  withdrawal which was processed within an hour instantly processed to ones bank account no

problem there solid casino like Arcanebet ill test their withdrawal time as well at some stage but my pick of places

is Winz.io , Casinovibes , Bistarz , and Arcanebet these days they will do .

    Peace 1

    P.S

I'll double check if all have Casino Reps but it would be good if all did I know Bitstarz does , and Winz.io might still , and not

sure of the others ill recheck .

Can you name some of your fav. E-Cogra casinos please

It was RIZK Casino until the Sow rules came in I've actually requested an updated list of Casino's for 2024 just now .

  8. Ok ,

I've done a study of quite a few Casino's on the Island of Curacao I guess I'll thumbs up the situation end of the day the ones I have surveyed are paying out withdrawals

without a hitch and are prepared to engage e.g Ollie etc : Winz needs to step up their game there needs to be more engagement by Casino Reps addressing problems

A Casino that is actively addressing  customer feedback and the gambling community is one that cares about customers .

Adaptability is also a good trait to have Casino's that are prepared to adapt to customer needs also are Dynamic and Appealing to Clients and for

total customer satisfaction umm for a  ten star rating there needs to be auditing by a recognised auditor I would suggest E-Cogra outside of that

I have nothing more to say apart from there is room for improvement with many casino's in curacao .

  9. All i know is im getting suspicious with a couple of their operations one never pops wins above 500 and I mean never and the other one started going cold around the same time as some strange game changes happened about 2 months ago in particular relax gaming and pragmatic not even sure anymore too much weird stuff happening game errors could post a million videos but what difference would it make these fkrs will just keep cheating .

You, you of all people has doubts about that?

Streamers are nothing more than a sort of affiliate that gets compensated one way or the other.

Not sure if they are even real pretty sure they are really getting paid for running their mouth I know that much .

  11. Be Good if Casino's in Curacao got Validated by E-Cogra that may increase trust level please take this as a

big hint Curacao I've almost completed my assessment of the Island after which I will join three other people

with networks of gamblers and we will discuss the pro's and con's of your Island .

I'll admit it has its good points and there are also bad points to work with and trust is a major thing a lot of people

have concerns that games are not fair and are asking questions like is there auditing going on in that Jurisdiction

put it this way if I can't convince my associates or the denizens we are looking at losses all around as we all form

a circle player , casino , and businesses that run on the flow on effect from profits and etc .

It's understandable to feel skeptical about the experiences portrayed by streamers and the potential manipulation of games by software companies. It's crucial to prioritize responsible gambling practices and advocate for greater transparency and regulation in the industry.

I seriously doubt a lot of the streamers are Legit 100 Percent TBH and as far as the games by software companies i'm not convinced 100 percent they are running fairly

there's just something not right with a lot of software companies typical example is the amount of game errors , pausing , and even games exiting you out mid win streaks

its too the point where I've had to make some complaints to the regulatory authorities what's going on is just not right profiling people I don't agree with I'll give them

the part about bonus hunters granted and dodgy players fraudsters etc but I know that white shields and armor get used all the time there is a more sinister purpose

"watching player activity as a means on how to adjust things to prevent losses" that's it in a nutshell baby .

I avoid those fees by strictly using crypto currencies. I try to use LTC (Lite Coin) as there usually are no fees charged by the casinos and the 'gas' fee's for the blockchain are super low, like around 0.02 cents depending on the size of the deposit. All transactions are private so the bank nor anybody else can track your transactions. Another plus is that a lot of online casinos process crypto faster, some in 5 minutes.

I'd use crypto if you could pull money out of an Atm but I consider it to be messy with market volatility but that's just me I know a lot use it to get around

certain problems I guess fees included but to have to go to such lengths because of merry go round payment gateways is ridiculous .

Have you sent them to BitStarz?

I didn't bother didn't get anywhere with IO can't see the point going down that road with Starz guess its just a case of having

to like it or get off the boat but that 6.25 on top of the 20 is what was paid extra and that's just one example the situation was never

concluded at winz.io it just reached a dead end with me hounding folks for answers their all using the same payment gateway

starz / winz etc all Dama N.V .

Also the part where card withdrawals were not possible with Bitstarz back in the day ....Paaaaleese I spoke with PSP guys a few times

its like saying one doesn't have the ability to eat candy in a candy shop oh and my ANZ bank brother n law who works for corporate affairs

said if 'They can take a payment they can make a payment" simple as that I could get Alistair to start talking on here but I think you get the jist .

    P.S

Cocopop3011 its a debit card transaction which is becoming a costly business also I noted the minimum deposit has

been raised greed nothing but greed .

    Hi Astaroth!

@Fiekie247thank you for tagging me :)

Would be truly grateful if you could elaborate a bit further as to what you mean here, just so I should interpret as feedback and what should be interpreted as some issue that needs to be fixed. Because when you refer the spins not having a max anything, I presume you mean max cash out? That only applies to free spins you got for free (and isn't part of any official promo where you have to deposit). I think that one I would perhaps take a bit as feedback :)

As for the RTP, we as a casino cannot do much about that as we don't control the outcome, and I also don't know your username at BitStarz so I cannot verify how much your RTP would deviate from the expected RTP (so if you could provide it I'd be happy to look). That said, the RTP is calculated based on a couple of billions of game rounds so it's hard to draw too big of conclusions from the RTP unless it's over a really long period of time with a lot of volume.

When it comes to what you refer to as overcharging I also am a bit confused there and would really appreciate some further info from you. As for the payment options available to you we display what the fee is there and that's all we charge from our end (or rather, the PSP is charging). Just to clarify, it's not like we put all the cost on the player as we also pay to the PSP (we should be in the PSP business).

So yeah, would be great if you could help me fill in some blanks here so I can clear some things up hopefully : )

    Olle

    Hi Olle ,

Well full marks for stepping up on the forum I've only sent about a million emails to folks but anyway about those blanks :

    1. The Free Spins should just be wager free and have no maximum cash out their generated by activity anyway so it won't make much difference

but your ship your call it just frustrates me having a roof.

    2. The RTP will always be a grey area as its pool based but a long story short if stuff isn't hitting over a sustained period of time

and when bonuses are in play as well does beg the question if things are running right and where's the auditing ? .

    3. What's there to be confused about told you guys the payment gateway is forcing us to pay in a different currency

and we are having to pay for foreign exchange fees as a result simple I've even provided one such example and I've provided

6 months of bank statements as proof to winz.io already how much more do I need to say or do I'm not repeating myself .

its like Russian Roulette whenever you make a deposit and it started happening around October Last year right out of the blue

only way around it was to use paysafecard because the situation was "Beyond our Control" its like yeah ok .

    Hey, gosh what's happened?

What do you mean they have been overchanrging? Hard to figure it out from your text. Can we help you with this?

I keep getting overcharged due to their payment gateways even tried having it out waiting for the "Investigation" to conclude which

concluded without communication there is next to no coms with these crowds I mean why should I have to be paying in a foreign currency

for when the account currency is clearly in my country currency / debit card currency it just doesn't make sense and I'm just one of many

having to pay for exchange fees .

And the other problem I've got is how they handle affairs a lot of it is just take it or leave it styles and management never directly communicates

its always some second hand response from the clerks that talk like A.I I've issues about going forward with these casino's my thinking is if minor

issues can't be addressed and communication is minimal if any it could be slightly risky for players down the track .

This is a classic example 20 dollar deposit just look at the amount image.png.3fcea44eee69613fba5710fa799f0b1a.png

  17. Ok Guys ,

I'm kinda getting sick of the stuff that has gone on with both of you over the overcharging so lets examine this as "Management" can

never be reached for a conversation these days seems there are a few issues pending .

Now in response to the last customer guy who tried handling me with arrogant rhetoric from Winz.Io here's my response openly

your joint hardly hits the RTP is questionable and the Wheels always mostly hit Rubbish Prizes (25 spins bronze e.g all the fing time)

Bitstarz the Free Spins should not be capped once a customer reaches a certain levels bonuses should not have a maximum

anything and also you guys are doing the overcharging thing as well must be a DAMA/NV thing well here's the thing I don't like

being charged for stuff that I shouldn't be .

And as both of you have been saying I need to talk to my Bank about such issues listen here both of you I don't need to be talkin

to nothing except you two and the overcharging is bs buddies and you know it as is the RTP Percentage its ridiculous for both

places I've been nice I've been patient but I've been handled by the wrong associate too many times and this was always coming

I don't pull no punches bro I go all in and tell it like it is .

It's quite simple really I talk to three other guys who run networks and folks will adjust deposits  we went through this kind of stuff

in Malta ill start with this Island if it comes to it .

I mean seriously is it even worth anymore bro I mean folks are just going to keep walking into places like cattle anyway but those

on the level you feel me you know its tricky as ***** trying to bounce up these days lol .

  19. Well ,

Hey guys not sure how yall are doing out there well I've blown past my win/loss ratio of 1:3 I'm actually 1:7 since all the new changes

and new games started appearing : its clear in my mind that the goal is to push everyone into the high variance market

to maximize profit with limited outgoings .

I'm seeing a lot of streamers so called talking about big wins and showing videos about potential its like come on man ...

who's going to be doing 1k buys unless your a high roller the majority of the market is midway average bank rollers

that could hardly afford the 10 cent buy on money train 3 let alone the 100.00 dollar super bonus buy on Sugar Rush 1000 .

Also every time a feature is bought it messes up the pool and makes it harder for a player to get a feature that's just simple

math X number of Apples on the tree for pickers someone uses a robot picker next thing players are having to pick up rotten

apples and fewer are actually able to get a return for their bank rolls .

These new conditions I'm not sure how things will pan out in the long run I've run into some know it all mfz on Quora that

sound like their just working for the stooges trying to make everything sound normal its normal if your the stooges making

money but the majority are the players which are getting fleeced big time well greed can be a sinker for Casino's too just

    keep that in mind .

Also I can't prove it but I'm dam sure that the software companies are profiling players and adjusting the games using some type

of A.I software seen too many circles going round and round goddam pauses and bs even had a few guys look into things noticing

bonus rounds in code fragments that were somehow missed its getting way too stupid to even stay in the game and I doubt seriously

if regulatory authorities are doing ***** about regulating their dog let alone the industry .

I might be done and I'm not thumbing up to any of my networks ill give it one month then I'm thumbs down to this new age bs then

    I'm out the game.

I have had this account for over a year and had a lifetime wagered of about $30k. I had not played on it in a few months and recently started to have some bigger action. Over the past few days I deposited $3k and wagered about $25k. Today as I’m writing this I won $3400 on a mix of live games and sports. I initiated 3 different withdrawals for $500, $1600, and $1300. About an hour after not receiving my money I logged back in to a message saying I needed to verify my account(KYC) I contacted support and they initially told me there was nothing they could do if I didn’t complete KYC. I persisted further asking for my withdrawals to be processed and then was told they would have some higher up look at my case and reach back out to me via email.

They emailed me back  and decided to permanently ban my account without any explanation, and then sent me the smallest of my withdrawals for $500 to “make me in profit.”

    Hello there,

The account is now banned permanently. We have sent out the smaller withdrawal to make you in profit.

    Your final stats :
    Lifetime Deposits: $12,459.6

    Lifetime Withdrawals: $12,935.88

The weird part is it looks like if I didn’t have some wins in the past that I would’ve gotten all 3 of my withdrawals? Very strange situation, any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you complete the KYC verification ? from just reading this it appears they required verification to release the withdrawals as to what happened

in the later part just seems curious .

  21. their quite reasonable to be honest ....one of the few im playing at that actually give loyalty bonuses on request most are just running autopilot models

and say its also system generated when it comes to bonuses etc practically gone are the good ole days where loyalty departments were in full swing

and jeez the RTP on a lot of places is absolute rubbish seriously lol .

And once more ill state that any place that is under E-COGRA has a good RTP i'd be playing on one but all have those new ridiculous rules

about SOW la de da bro you fullas are shooting yourself in the foot and loosing money nobody going to give you personal details about their

income unless they plain stupid and over the internet ROFL the net is buzzing with scams left right and center right now its nutty 6 months of

bank statements to get verified please pull the other one cuzz .

is meant to be 40.00 an extra 6.25 added is to the point where I have to use paysafecard to avoid the extra charges basically what this

amounts to is passing the buck onto customers which is low and dirty .

All customer service can say is "check with your bank" is totally ignorant that their processor is randomly using different currencies

and we end up taking it on the nose for the charges .
