  1. As a 20-year veteran of the iGaming industry with a long-standing reputation on this platform, I am filing this formal dispute against Winz.io (SoftSwiss). This is not a complaint regarding "losses," but a documented Technical Audit revealing a breach of RNG independence following a successful withdrawal.
To test the hypothesis of Account Profiling, I conducted a controlled experiment using three separate accounts playing Money Cart 3 (Relax Gaming) at the same bet level ($0.20) during a 48-hour window.

Experimental Data Table (March 18-20, 2026):

Account Profile Session Time (UTC) Total Spins Bonus/Feature Triggers Avg. Dead Spin Streak
    Account A (New/Unverified) Mar 18, 14:00 - 14:30 100 18 (1 every 5.5 spins) 3-4
    Account B (New/Unverified) Mar 18, 14:45 - 15:15 100 22 (1 every 4.5 spins) 2-5
    Account C (Veteran/Post-Cashout) Mar 19, 10:00 - 11:30 100 2 (1 every 50 spins) 25-40
    Technical Violations Identified:

    1. Breach of RNG Neutrality: Under Curacao and Relax Gaming certification, the PRNG must be "blind" to player identity. My data shows a 400% discrepancy in hit frequency between "New" and "Winner" profiles—a statistical impossibility under a standard random distribution.
    2. Illegal Dynamic RTP (vRTP): While Relax Gaming offers multiple static RTP settings, the evidence suggests Winz.io/SoftSwiss utilizes an AI-driven Yield Management API to swap RTP profiles in real-time based on a player's risk/profit score.
    3. Algorithmic Retention (The "Two-Scatter" Loop): Account C experienced a "Near-Miss" rate (2 scatters) significantly higher than Accounts A and B, suggesting a hard-coded retention algorithm designed to keep "at-risk" players spinning while the RTP is throttled.
    Requested Action:
I request that Winz.io provide the full JSON game logs for these specific timestamps, including the RTP Configuration ID assigned to each session. I am also escalating this data to Relax Gaming’s Compliance Department to determine if their software is being modified by the aggregator's back-end AI.

  2. I'm interested to hear what the Regulatory Authorities for Malta , Curacao , kahnawake, the United Kingdom , Isle of Man , and etc have to say about all of this what assurances do we have at this moment in time that the industry can be trusted that we are getting a fair deal ? .

It's time we had some direct feedback .

It's no joke if they decide this nonsense is illegal it won't set foot here .

there is no ai needed for all these "features" hellridah.

slots were "rigged" before ai and will be "rigged" after it ^^

It's easier like this they can pay them peanuts to do the dirty work and obviously they

have no complaints doing it : their adjusting the game in real time I'm adding up my losses and the

losses of others gotta tell you this time around I may give it in for good I've got other things to do

besides trust a rotting industry that's going to break down because its too greedy you can try this

but eventually the money will run dry that's just how things work when you mess around with give

and take simply taking it ends that's just logic .

But hey AI and others will tell you differently I've seen them come and seen them go over the years

the quick and greedy operations never last and if the modus operendi is ***** us all over there will

be a reckoning at some point can bs people all day all you like what goes around comes around : it's the only

way to beat these things and this corrupt system might quit I know when I'm in checkmate .

I don't know, from that video, it just looks like a volatile 94% slot doing volatile 94% slot things.

Which is not to say there aren't slot providers that cheat. Companies in various industries cheat even when they are profitable without cheating,  which destroys the often parroted narrative that casinos won't cheat because they don't have to or that it's too risky. There are ways and means around audits and regulations.

I myself am suspicious of one particular provider, but I am in a weakly regulated jurisdiction, which probably matters.

I swear to you the second you get a cashout the odds dip and not just on one casino all of them which has me guessing

if its the software companies and some kind of network linked into player profiling I know how all of this looks its

upto interpretation but as another example dead or alive I swear it hasn't given 5 wilds in over two years around the

same time they changed the algorithm and I heard AI was being implemented .

If they have found a way to alter volatility based on player profiling this is something that needs to be

investigated just to rule out the possibility end of the day I want what everyone wants "A Fair Go" that's

not much to ask is it ?

I mean what am I to make of this from Google Gemini AI lol telling you something ain't right and if my fellow gamblers are being slipped a mickey fin its time audits were done just to be sure and I seriously think we should have universal portals (Regulatory Authority Approved VPN's) so that RTP can be measured effectively and diminish the control of player profiling so that things are fair bro I'm drawing the line here what's up ?

I doubt it personally, big sites have too much to lose by cheating players.

What assurances do we have that they are being regulated are we to simply trust an AI's advice (just programmed by a human and using data from the internet) and how much are you prepared to loose before you realize player profiling is being used to sculpt volatility .

Hello to all of you. Since AI is used everywhere these days, I'd want to discuss what I've seen in the iGaming industry and how it was applied there.

iGaming has always been quick to adopt new technology. If a tool helps increase engagement, retention, or revenue, operators usually test it early. AI is no exception. What started a few years ago as a back-office experiment is now becoming part of the player experience itself.

Until recently, most AI in iGaming worked quietly behind the scenes. It helped operators personalise bonuses, detect fraud, analyse player behaviour, and automate customer support. Players rarely noticed it, but it improved efficiency and helped platforms manage risk.

What changed in the last year is that AI has started appearing directly inside the product. One of the most talked-about examples is SlotGPT, launched by Stake at the end of 2025. The idea is simple - players can generate their own slot games using a short prompt and then play them. The AI creates the visual theme and structure, while core parameters like RTP and maximum win remain fixed.

At first, some people framed this as the "end of game providers." In reality, that’s unlikely. The value of a successful slot is not just graphics or a theme. It’s the underlying math model, volatility balance, feature design, and years of iteration based on player behaviour. AI can generate a shell quickly, but it doesn’t replace the experience of studios that optimise games for retention and long-term engagement.

Where AI is already proving useful is in areas like personalisation, fraud detection, player support, and marketing automation. These tools help operators understand player behaviour faster and respond in real time.

So the real shift isn’t that AI will replace the industry overnight. It’s that AI is slowly moving from an internal optimisation tool to something players interact with directly.

And that raises an interesting question for the next few years:

Will AI mostly remain a background optimisation layer, or will it start shaping entirely new types of gaming experiences?

It's not AI that's the problem at all its the abuse of the technology that concerns me your masking what your doing as being personalisation , fraud detection , marketing and etc : but what your actually doing is profiling players in real time

based on profit and loss and adjusting the volatility using AI in real time which is absolute corruption of the RNG makes a mockery of fair play .

I think the waters going to dry up eventually and the technology will eventually spell your doom you can't twist things without consequences with every transaction there is an exchange of energy , where there is a left there is a right - + , and by altering volatility by programming the machines to do so to increase profit eventually you'll be caught or the player bases will vanish that is the price you will pay for twisting reality there is a cost to all things .

Industry you had it good once you had fair play you had the foundations for trust maybe a little rocky but certainly not anywhere as bad as it is now  your abuse of AI technology will eventually be uncovered constantly your being asked to reveal your backend and refuse now why is that ? .

Many think I'm just being random yeah being in the industry for 20 years and watching them come and go , studying what they do , checking the games to see they are fair for punters , pressure testing casino's so others don't get burned , and so many other things behind the scene to maintain balance no I am not being random nor is my commenting here today all things at the perfect time  as merlin once said to me .

Your games feel hollow I stretch out my feelings and I do not feel the thread because it is being altered illegally and argue as you will your modern machines don't impress me its not the first time in history mankind has tried something like this in different forms but I assure you that you will not cheat the gods the threads of fate will bring about your utter ruin the universe has a way of balancing things out and it will .

  7. Quite Sure things are running on a profit / loss system that RTP/RNG gets interfered with based on house losses

I'm not saying this lightly I've noticed a consistent pattern of when hits occur the rtp changes across not just one game

but a number of them across software platforms and this is in a so called regulated jurisdiction : and also I've noticed

when a particular software company's software pays out they consistently magically vanish which is got me thinking maybe

some are playing fair and getting taken away because the house likes to cheat and not everyone is dishonest .

I've threatened to do this but I might actually start showing recorded sessions and not just of the good but of the bad

(in real time) and you'll can decide for yourselves typically example 6 hits of free spins on dead or alive recently on 45 cents

with maximum hits never going over 4 dollars you can't tell me this is random its absolute and utter nonsense .

Part that gets me going is how these guys on top of their cheating have the cheek to ask for documents beyond the norm to stall withdrawal processes or try to stop them all together not only are you pirates but your cheeky ones as well .

    I asked AI about what you posted to see how AI defends AI;

This forum post is a classic example of "AI Alarmism"—taking a real technology and imagining it has "god-like" powers to break the laws of math and regulation. Your forum friend sounds like he's been down a rabbit hole, and while he’s right that AI is changing the world, his specific claims about "personalized cheating" in regulated casinos are mostly a "conspiracy theory" cocktail.

    Fact-Checking the "Underground Source"

The post mixes some marketing truths with heavy technical misinformation. Let’s break it down:

    • The "Predictive Analytics" Part (True but not "Cheating"): This part is actually true. Casinos (both online and in Vegas) use AI to see who the "whales" are. They use it to send you a coupon for a free steak or a 10% bonus right when they think you’re about to quit. It’s manipulative marketing, but it doesn't change the math of the game itself.

    • The "Manipulating Outcomes" Part (Significant Misinformation): In a regulated online casino (like those licensed in Malta, the UK, or New Jersey), this is virtually impossible.

      • RNG (Random Number Generators): The "math" of the game is hardcoded and audited by third parties like eCOGRA. If a casino "dynamically adjusted" a slot's payout because a specific player was winning, they would lose their license instantly.

      • Live Dealer Games: These are filmed in studios with physical cards. Using AI to "control the dealer's hand" would require some sort of Mission: Impossible robotic sleight of hand that would be way more expensive than just letting the "House Edge" do its job.

    • The "Special Tests" Claim: When your friend says he’s executed "special tests to determine intelligence altering structures," that is a massive red flag for confirmation bias. One person playing a few hundred rounds cannot "test" a billion-to-one algorithm.

Why Casinos Don't Need to Use AI to Cheat

The irony is that The House Always Wins without needing AI.

    • A standard slot machine has a Return to Player (RTP) of maybe 94-96%.

    • That means the casino is legally guaranteed to keep 4-6% of every dollar over time.

    • Risk vs. Reward: Why would a billion-dollar company use "Personalized Cheating AI" and risk a multi-million dollar fine and a total ban when the math already guarantees them a profit?

By My Friend you Mean Dig/AI with no restrictions :

They use whatever they like to cheat I know this ***** cause 12 months ago when I heard they were loading up

that's when the win:loss ratio started to spike in their favor bro I was not born yesterday their using this ***** to cheat people hard :

and so many times these guys have been asked to reveal the backend and haven't the machine said basically not everything is rigged

and the rule is not universal but its not as complicated as it seems for machine learning to pick up what to do to cheat what we

consider to be a difficult task these things process in a micro second and can do universal patching in real time .

End of the day they can be programmed to do a task and following their orders like soliders to say something is impossible is

nonsensical its not major constructions these suggestions are quite doable and have probably already been done but I'm starting to

look for E-COGRA approved casino's only i'm too that point can't ignore it anymore .

As for the house they have to learn fairplay or their licenses will be gone just like that and there will be zero

zip nada telling you this carry on will only last so long .

I mean don't everybody speak at once I know there are others that know their getting ripped feel free to speak up or these turds will just keep doing it .

  9. Underground source

Yes, online casinos can use AI to cheat players, though it is not universal. AI technology allows for more sophisticated manipulation of game outcomes, player behavior, and even personalization of betting strategies. Here's how AI can be used to cheat in online casinos:

    1. Predictive Analytics and Player Profiling:

      • AI can analyze a player's betting patterns, habits, and preferences to predict when they are most likely to place a bet or increase their wager.
      • This allows the casino to adjust odds or timing to maximize profits from that player.
    2. Manipulating Game Outcomes:

      • In games like poker or blackjack, AI can be used to influence the shuffle or deal of cards to favor the house.
      • In slot machines, AI can adjust the payout rates dynamically based on player behavior or the casino's financial goals.
    3. Cheating in Live Dealer Games:

      • AI can be used to control the dealer's actions or the timing of card deals in live dealer games, making it seem random but actually favoring the house.
    4. Fraud Detection and Evasion:

      • AI can detect when a player is about to win a large sum and then subtly adjust the game to reduce the payout or even trigger a "loss" for the player.
      • It can also be used to evade detection by hiding patterns that would otherwise be obvious to human analysts.
    5. Personalized Cheating:

      • AI can be used to create personalized cheating strategies for individual players, such as offering bonuses or promotions that encourage them to keep playing longer or wager more.
    6. AI-Driven Botting:

      • Some online casinos use AI-driven bots to play on behalf of players or to manipulate the game in real-time, often without the player's knowledge.

While not all online casinos use AI to cheat, the technology makes it easier and more efficient to do so. Players can reduce the risk by choosing reputable casinos with transparent algorithms, reading reviews, and using tools like random number generators (RNG) auditors or third-party verification services.

Me : So like what can be trusted these days ? are we to just trust the process and pile into casino's what assurances do we have of a fair game ???? if this is the norm is making

an absolute mockery of the aspect of fair play and how are we meant to trust the advice of anyone ???? I know this is in operation in more than one place I know because I've executed

special tests to determine intelligence altering structures krikey are you people for real how long do you think this is going to last before you get busted ???

  10. In summary to my earlier comments I've seen the industry develop over the course of 15 years their

out to make profit and we the players are out to make profit as well but fair conditions is a major factor

if indeed there is corruption in the industry one must keep in mind something

"Where there is a left there is a right , And with each transaction between people there is an exchange of energy"

where some may think they can cheat the universe and powers that be I assure you that this is not the case

there will be a reckoning .

it happens with Iron Dog slots too and when you reload the slot it usually lets you continue the feature

I was in the middle of a bonus round when the slot suddenly froze. When I refreshed, the bonus was gone and I’m not sure if the win was counted. Has anyone dealt with this before, and how do casinos usually handle it?

yes this happens but these days its rare because the calculations are being done in a micro second : I suggest recording using a screen recorder all of your sessions I've got a collection these days because of events from the past : I've had that situation happen and nothing was actioned on both occasions was put down to a technical error but its getting rarer because the errors and other tricks being employed are being reduced to pauses that are hard to spot this is where I think their messing with the RNG like when a hit is meant to occur but is possibly being overridden somehow I don't know how a dummy server or an AI structuring  a false outcome but the master server I think can only be avoided partially not totally is why I know the days are numbered their going to trip up along the way karma is a patient lady she sips cups of tea and gets around like lightning .

@Hellridah Hey, long time no hear from you bro!

Fact: As the months go by, the A.I. becomes more wiser and more regulative!

Yes, there are those rare occasions when I can get a 1000x win, but on all other plays, DEAD not ALIVE!

Hey Bro been a while I've been here there and everywhere testing certain things :D oh yeah there's an AI behind things its so obvious the game behavior across software platforms is not random its structured we are playing chess which is ridiculous its bad enough as it is trying to get anything but to have something on duty doing things is another hurdle : cracks me up is there's no loyalty between AI's I've had some even tell about how it all works chatgpt will tell you that there is no direct control over the RNG but others will tell you they do which is nuts and it needs investigating the player deserves a fair chance  there should be ZERO control over the random number generator to do so eliminates fair play all together if you don't believe me regulatory authorities feel free to investigate the backends that's if your shown the proper one .

I'll also mention that not all are playing unfair and I won't name names all I'll say is your days are numbered its like come bro how long do you expect this to last before someone gets wise lol cheeky monkies krikey .

As for games like dead or alive or ladies nite and a bunch of others you basically wrecked those games when they didn't need to be touched greed is a killer and these creative bozo's I wouldn't use as toilet paper bro its plain and simple if a tool isn't broke don't fix it .

If a place was to open tomorrow and throw up old version with no AI operating I would sign up tomorrow but lets face it this is big business and how will the average punter stand a chance ...well community firstly you need the VPN gate so you ALL become part of the TOTAL SUM that is calculated for the TRTP percentage not just singular calculations which are nonsensical to be part of the collective sum because that approach is variable to the equation .

I've had some wins here and there all done legitimately but I've noticed as a person gets a win and cashes out the RTP percentage drops suddenly and I though it might just be some games but I calculated on many casino's it was a universal occurrence which gives rise to he possibility that a profit and loss control mechanism is built into the software which is able to be controlled that's the picture I'm painting why else would games like DOA that give up 5 wilds in a 3-5 month period now be taking 1-2 years to get across the betting spectrum with only one single round hit in that space of time telling you now things are crooked and you guys out there need to realize that not everyone is a zombie and your days are numbered ok .

I only stick to 10c and 20c bets to make my money go further, ideally with a deposit bonus on top. As much as I love slots like Reactoonz(40c NZD minbet) it's a balance ripper at the best of times.

I somewhat remember you from gpforums(iirc), I used to mod BST for years. Shame its near dead these days.

Their using machine learning and all the information is kept in a profile for instant reference and analysis its bs one thing I've found that works is to be just utterly unpredictable any kind of pattern of betting style can either run the roll dead mostly or requires hammering with multiple deposits : I'm sceptical about bonuses these days so many limitations do's and don'ts and special conditions that can be invoked at a whim .

Then there's the whole concept about if things are actually fair I don't think it will ever be 100 percent fair unless we are part of a pooled accumulation of players (same ip vpn etc)  that way the games will reflect the calculations with a pooled element .

  15. Hey guys is everyone doing alright these days ? are you knocking them dead after the AI changes

and what not is everyone noticing a difference in the industry ? more to the point how's your bank rolls these days

are you getting more bang to your buck or are the bandits taking you and your goods in the first five minutes ? I'm just

    curious .

  16. Put their name on here and guys like me will go in and post our experience in here if I've heard of it ill tell you directly if their mustard or if their not worth going near : basically in a nutshell if their not paying out within 24 hours to most payment methods their not worth the time of day no pending times if their using all that AI these days pending times are just nonsense biometrics can be read just like that .

The New Zealand TAB uses a Biometric scan and documents are done in 5 minutes that's all that's required anything else just toss them in the trash and ALLWAYS GO FOR PRE VERIFICATION sick of these muck around types that welcome you in just to try and well f u o if you know what I mean and stupid thing is their behinds just get put on here and in many other places .

If I catch anyone playing unfair or whom I think is not doing things right ill talk all day about them you'll be eating comments for breakfast lunch and dinner . And AG I can appreciate how your doing all this to help bridge things for the community but please remember because this is important the punters deserve fair conditions and those fair conditions need to be the priority for the continuity of business cause I'm telling you if anything is discovered to be operating illegal it will derail because more eyes are starting to scan google a lot of punters are not wet behind the ears some hire private investigators and scientists to examine situations please keep this in mind .

I keep seeing RTP mentioned on slot games, but I’m not sure how much it really affects gameplay. Does a higher RTP actually improve your chances, or is it more of a long-term thing? As a casual player, should I even be paying attention to it? Curious to hear how others look at this.

As far as I'm concerned anything that's said can't be measured at true value based on the conditions of a single player based calculation there needs to be a pooled amount of players gated through a VPN to assess true values and who believes anything that's said these days its all Wizard behind the curtain stuff .

  18. Ok so here's the deal because no Affiliate is going to waste their time being chased over the SOF/SOW rule its not worth risking their life over

from unsavory types who sign up from a meeting that was held today (and im being left very little choice) I had to recommend that all operations

in Curacao come to a pause in regards to Affiliates from New Zealand and the pacific rim .

It is nonsensical to operate under the current conditions in terms of safety and other various legal concerns until I hear

different the situation has changed I'm recommending a freeze on all operations its done .

I'm confirming through legal channels what the case is then a decision will be made going forward if there is such a law

the book gets closed I do this to protect the players and the affiliates involved .

    -Tane Marshall

Just in case your wondering what my name is there you are champs .

    Im out .

  19. Ok ,

So after being rough handled (for the last time) by levelup casino : Over a tiny little corner on my credit card I was further told

about AML laws like the idiot was talking down to someone 3 zillion miles away

Well here's the deal if I for one second think there's an issue with SOW/SOF I will do what I did with Malta and pull everyone

out  I know you will get zero information under the New Zealand privacy act 2020 we will provide you with jack squat over the

internet that could be intercepted and used for fraud purposes or political exposure only the NZ government can ask for such things

or the New Zealand Authorities (Under Duress) and is subject to the Bill of Rights and Privacy Act as well .

When will you guys get it LOL we are your lifeblood so just fall into line and stop being over the top I know what your backend is

I know what your upto with the altered algorithms which are scaled to activity and loosely controlled by ai to change volatility at a whim

your dancing on thin ice my friends THIN ICE and ill be there when it breaks .

Our complaints team do not “piss people about”, unfortunately there are lots of complaints that don’t get accepted and there will be a reason why. Unfortunately I have not read the complaint nor do I know the reason why. However no casino is bound to pay winnings if they investigate and find a breach of terms. I’m not saying this is the case but there is probably more to this case than we know.

Never said AG did I mean the Casino's are pissing us all about using the investigation excuse to avoid a complaint I can't make it anymore simple than that : also it depends on where they are anybody can make rules but only the judiciary can rule upon what is legal that's it in a nutshell if their terms and conditions are in breach of contract law it can be argued and the courts decision is the final say .

That said a lot set themselves up in places where the courts have no real teeth or corruption runs riot its why you have to be picky about jurisdictions

in all honesty I'd just play at the local casino this safari nonsense is becoming less and less appealing each day .

  21. Ok so I've had conversations with members in the past about strange behavior after a cashout / win

    1. Suddenly there is a load of dead spins universally (not just on one game)

    2. Games start vanishing (ones that players were getting lucky on)

    3. Rough customer service support after a win in regards to loyalty deposits which are part and parcel of normal practice

(But things change after that win) .

Bro I'm sure this is all not coincidence yall some fake ***** scammers and have somehow reverse engineered the code so you can throttle

the rtp at will using a universal control measure you have AI now so that could be a starting point as to how your doing it f knows your sneaky.

Also I'm still pointing back to the player profiling that goes on I'm sure yall are profiling players and holding data about us which I might add

is illegal to do so in many countries your taking our money don't get cheeky cause I swear the privacy law regulation at least in new zealand will

take a bite of your ***** and you'll be sued .

As to the regulatory authorities pffft as to the auditors pffft your all probably sucking the same ''cool ade' everybody gets a piece of the profit

until I see stability in the gambling world I'm going to assume at this point there is nothing safe and nothing to be trusted .

I'll give you a little heads up the Labor Party Nz is examining the implementation of AI into gambling and debating with national as we speak as to weather we
