So far there are 21 entries. The draw will take place on the 25th December and I will announce winners in here. If you have won I will send instructions by PM on how to claim your prize. Important - If you are a winner and you get your prize allocated at a casino that you have not registered in yet then you MUST use the email address you gave me. Accounts created from a different email will not be eligible to claim the AG Coin. I will not be able to chase prizes until the 27th but if you have given me the correct details there will be no issues.

I’m not worried about other sites dear don’t you worry. The only people I worry about is looking after my forum members. It’s very clear that you have refused to actually listen to what I’ve wrote. I already told you this will be forwarded to another admin member and I will stick to my word. Up to you what you do next.

Please act as you wish because you’re clearly too impatient to wait until next week like I have previously advised. I am just a member of the forum admin team - I don’t have the powers to do what you want me to. I’ve told you the person best to deal with this is in next week. You refuse to wait so carry on as you wish. But please, feel free to act on your wishes. I assume you will also be taking down every single affiliate site that has this casino will you!

@DMRUnfortunately, after speaking to the complaints team they are unable to accept your complaint for the reasons already given to you and unfortunately I cannot overrule their decision and they advise you to take it to the regulatory body. @ValDesWill still take a look at this topic on his return and draw is conclusions so please be patient until next week.

Also please don't accuse me of this after being a forum member for just a few days. Others here will tell you that I work damn hard here to do everything I can for our members and I most certainly DO NOT favour casinos that are in the wrong.

Please note I do not work in the complaints department it is not me rejecting it. Like I said above - I will chat to them tomorrow to see what is going on as I hope you understand it’s almost 10pm here so I can’t contact them now. Please be patient.

@DMRHave you opened a complaint using the AGCCS in regards to your account and the deposits made? When Guru returns next week I will of course draw all of this to his attention as he has more powers than I to deal with this.
