      Thanks Luciana ! Since today, when I try to login in Winner Casino, or their sisters like 7Regal, I get this popupmessage saying something about 'cannot confirm my IP adress'. I contacted their live support, and they told me the games are 'unavailable'. The representative could not tell me how long the 'unavailableness' would take. I've a bad feeling about this, I could not login all day, and I still have a funded account at Winner. I hope Winner does not ruin my Christmasholiday. Edit: It has been confirmed by Jeff, Winner Casino Customer Service, told me so. From now on dutch players are ruled out from Winner and family.

      Well, I've tried once a roulettebot in a highly unreliable casino, used a fake name etc. Bots are not my thing, it takes away all gaming pleasure and excitement, and bots just like real players do loose. Not to mention that you'll find in almost all Terms and Conditions that use of bots is irregular, and your winnings will be confiscated. So why use bots?

      Hi Afi, ValDes, our highly appreciated living gambling encyclopedia once again is right indeed. I know there are roulettebots, even rouletteklickers (placing large complex bets with 1 click), so I am not that suprised that slots bots also were developed. Anyway, I don't think bots can cause a loss for a casino. The casino's edge remains to exist, also with automated gameplay.

      I'm glad to see other forummembers also post in this thread. Thank you for that. 1 thing is for sure since this downgrading. It is impossible to play certain kind of strategies wich involves raising and lowering same bets. I don't think there was a bug in the newer version, because this newer version is still used by other Playtechcasinos. Remarkable is that Winner Casino switched to the old version, but their sistercasinos like 7Regal and Del Rio did not. Regards, Seat

      Hi Sally, I'd love to hear your suggestions. 2 of the main reasons why I like the Live Playtech software is that 1) minimum chipvalue is 10 ct in some casino's 2) possibility to lower bets with right mouseclick. As far as I can tell only DublinBet is comparible. Kind regards Seat

      Hmmm , it makes you wonder if they are planning to quit online gambling business. Online gambling was and is still illegal in my home country, but hundreds of casinos are still available and easy to sign up with. In fact: The dutch government has major, very realistic plans to soften the law on online gambling. Appearently 2015 it should be legalized.

      What? , Oh no. That's terrible news for me . The dutch government means real business with online gambling. Terrible, because at this time there still is no legal online alternative. Probably they want us back to the landbased casinos, wich are owned by state and where the gambling tax can be collected. Personally I think banning online gambling is unlawful in accordance to EU legislation. Oh Luciana pffff.... hard times for dutch gamblers.

At first I played RTG roulette, at Unibet and Amsterdams Casino. Then Casino Tropez introduced live roulette, with low limits. I was instandly sold But again, it was a long long time ago.

      Oh no no no no, today I deposited at Winner Casino, my topfavorite one. Then I found out they also downgraded their live roulette interface. I don't believe it.... I gave my feedback at live support, I truly hope they soon upgrade again to the situation how it used to be. Because to be honest, with such out of date interface I am not gonna play there anymore.

      hahaha ValDes, that must have been very very loud Well Mpane, I am trying to find a constant winning bet at live roulette. I am in search over many many years and I still have the drive to go on. I am in it for the winnings / the money because I am a bit worried over my financial future. No thrills for me, except when a beautiful female dealer spins the wheel . I try to look at roulette more business like, but offcourse sometimes the emotions get the upperhand.

      Now, after I've read the whole issue, I cannot say RedBet didn't look into this matter. In fact I found Marcin's response very costumer friendly, very patient and very professional. Gamerecord is leading, that is the way it is. And now I'll keep out of this discussion, before I make a fool of myself again

      Hi Vartyi, If indeed you played through wagering requirements, then I find this a very poor excuse from the casino not to pay you. How can a bonus be active when you've played it through? Sad but true some casino's use unjustified reasons for not paying out. Anyway, I hope you still get your money. Good luck !!

      Well, after contacting customer support I did receive the free chips. Unfortunatelly African Palace Casino doesn't offer live games anymore and since I'm only interested in live games I decided to give my better half a chance. My sweethearted wife spent the money on the Mummy but lost it all. It doesn't matter, I love her anyway.
