  1. Also worth noting, the €200 they returned also disappeared. If they were being fair, they would have let me keep it.
  2. Ha I knew there was something fishy about you.
  3. May 5 to July 3 – that's two months for a preliminary ruling. Then another few weeks for the final. I'm not harassing – I'm just not done yet. I’m not quite sure why this bothers you so much, do you work for wildz?
  4. Harassment isn't the goal – documenting my case is. If the evidence makes them uncomfortable, that's on them.
  5. Thanks, I appreciate your honesty and your time. I know we don't see it the same way – and that's fine. I've filed with AGCCS and will wait for their decision. Whatever happens, I'm grateful for the discussion and the different perspectives. Good luck to you too!
  6. Nope and after they returned it into my account, I didn’t touch it cause my case with ecogra was still pending. Now the money has disappeared…
  7. The law says unclear rules go against the person who wrote them. Wildz wrote 'per spin.' They only changed it after I complained. That's on them.
  8. I get what you're saying, the spin triggers the feature. But a feature purchase is still a direct buy-in, not a spin where reels roll and symbols land. The game interface itself showed 'Bet: €0.20' and 'Feature Price: €200' separately. If it was a spin, they would have displayed the total as a spin, not as two different values. That's the distinction.
  9. I get what you're saying, and I appreciate you taking the time to explain it. I understand that most casinos treat bonus buys as not allowed during active bonuses, and I'm not arguing that the rule doesn't exist. The reason I'm still pushing is this: The rule at the time said 'per spin.' Not 'per feature purchase.' Not 'per transaction.' That's what I agreed to. Wildz later changed the wording – and that's what bothers me. If a rule needs to be changed to cover a situation, it means the original rule didn't clearly cover it. And if it didn't clearly cover it, how was I supposed to know it applied? I respect your view, and I'm not expecting you to agree with me – just sharing why I see it differently. Thanks again for the input
  10. If it was never allowed, why did the system allow it, why did they approve my withdrawal, and why did they return only the €200 instead of keeping it all? That's not consistency – that's picking and choosing what suits them.
  11. Clarification doesn't change the wording from 'spin' to 'transaction.' And it doesn't require returning the €200.
  12. Exactly. They let you do it, but if you win, they change the rules.
  13. Exactly my point. The system allowed it, no warning blocked it, and I trusted it. If they don't want players buying features on bonus, they should block it – not allow it and then change the rules afterward.
  14. I didn't see one. But the system allowed it, and they changed the rule after.
  15. I understand your perspective, but I have to respectfully disagree. The rule at the time said 'per spin.' It now says 'per transaction.' That's not a clarification – that's a change. If the rule was always clear, they wouldn't have needed to update it. I have screenshots of both versions. That's the part that keeps me pushing.
  16. Thanks. I get the standard view – but they changed the rule afterward. That's why I'm still pushing.
  17. I get that. But if that was the rule, why did Wildz change the wording from 'per spin' to 'per transaction' after my complaint? And why did they return the €200 I spent on the feature? If it was never allowed, they would have kept that too.
  18. Appreciate that! I did read them – the rule said 'per spin.' The problem is they rewrote it after I complained. I've got screenshots. Thanks for looking out!
  19. Good point. But they returned the €200 – so even they seemed to think the feature was legitimate. Then they kept the winnings anyway.
  20. Changed rule. Admitted Section 6. Returned €200 with the wrong wagering %, kept €12,000. Approved withdrawal, stole it. System allowed it. Loyal player.
  21. Hi everyone, I wanted to share my experience with Wildz Casino (Malta-licensed) to warn others and get advice. What happened: On 10 April 2026, I deposited €30 and received a bonus. I played "Mental" and purchased a feature for €200. The game showed "Bet: €0.20" and "Feature Price: €200" separately. The system allowed it with no warning. I won €13,000, completed all wagering requirements, and requested a withdrawal of €12,000. Wildz asked for documents, approved them, and customer service confirmed payment in 1-3 days. Instead of paying, they manually adjusted my account, returned only the €200, and confiscated the €12,000. The catch: I have screenshots proving the original rule said "5 EUR per spin." The rule has since been changed to "5 EUR per transaction." They changed the rule after my complaint. Customer service confirmed I breached Section 6 – the "per spin" rule. I've already been through eCOGRA and the MGA. eCOGRA ruled against me, but their decision is non-binding. MGA sent me back to eCOGRA. I'm now considering my next steps. Has anyone dealt with something similar? Any advice? I have screenshots of everything. Happy to share more details if needed. Thanks for reading.
