I am hereby informing you that I will be filing a complaint with the public prosecutor's office in Germany and the EU for illegal gambling and commercial fraud. I am giving all affected players from Germany and the EU the opportunity to contact me so that we can file a class action lawsuit against Pragmatic Play. Furthermore, private lawsuits will be filed regarding the casinos Betbold and 2Up. Employees, moderators, and chat operators in these casinos are themselves players. This has been proven.

According to German law (existing rulings), all bets placed are invalid – meaning you have a claim for damages against your company! I would wait and see if your company deigns to respond this time. On the other hand, claims for damages will be pursued in court for specific examples. This has also been announced several times. Therefore, I can prove that I made several attempts to contact your company.
