First off, they were well aware of the situation before hand and they were fine with it. And that's what i was trying to explain, they were telling me to kyc, i'd fail, but then they could put it in withdrawal only mode. Clearly thats not the case here. Secondly, I am not disputing casino funds, I am demanding commissions, which i earned. Now if they want to come on this board and declare that they won't facilitate any affiliate from a restricted territory that would be a real interesting move and I'd be curious to see the effect that would have. They can set my account into a withdraw only mode and remain compliant. But yes, i know what you're saying but casino terms are so predatory it gives them permission to take anyone's money at anytime... at their sole discretion. So really, I guess whatever they do is legal and correct.

You would think right? Maybe I'm not seeing things right but to me i think they post the date up an update but they don't highlight what has changed. Besides, they write in their god like terms so they can literally do whatever they want. That's why i appreciate platforms like this because casinos shouldn't be able to whatever they want and certainly when its unjustified and clearly bad practice without any consequences. I don't what happens and how things really change once a casino crosses over into industry leader category but it absolutely does and i find that so very disturbing. I have an issue, well i have a few issues, with one big site that is thoroughly documented with evidence and no one will touch it. Won't even have a conversation with me about it. Which leaves me so confused and idk if it's because the damages range from $20k to 200k depending on which issue, or if it's because it make this site look really really bad (as far as business practices, they handle their game side of platform legit) or no one will look into it because they were paid off. i do not know. I do know that I would really like to have a conversation with someone who could help me understand.

I'd like to chat with someone from housebets about some scandalous behavior and you guys not paying me. I had been signed up on the site for about 5 weeks when the whale promo dropped and i decided to promote housebet and shared link. I hit select networks and targeted specific players, all which would prob be considered High Rollers and Whales because I knew they would get the most out of this promo. Within 45 mins my guys had already generated a few hundred in commissions. I went to withdraw and was hit with a kyc. Up until this moment, no one had any issues with me being from a restricted territory and i had already made a withdrawal a few days earlier. I asked support if they could put my account into a withdraw only mode so i could continue to affiliate and be paid the money i earned while respecting the sites rules and staying compliant. They said they were unable to do anything until i kyc'd. Again I told them that i would not be able to pass the kyc. Again they said i had to KYC first before they could help me. Once more I made it very clear of the position i was in and they assured me it would be fine. So I kyc'd and failed. Within moments they closed my accounts and i lost access i had to the referrals i signed up and any commissions, let alone future commissions. So i lost minimum $300 in earned commissions, lost close to 100 verified, active, good referrals, and was told something stupid saying that the bonus i had received canceled out my earned commissions. There is so much wrong with all of that
