  1. Exactly. I think that is their modus operandi here. They are trying to make it vague and difficult to provide info so that i just drop it or delay things. I think what they are asking for is a crypto and bank statement showing who deposited money where and the IBANs associated. I am not sure why they are asking for those things, however, because it is not related to any dealings I've had with them.
  2. No I didn't send because it held no relevance to the case. I will wait to file the complaint until tomorrow just to see what they say about this new communication.
  3. What makes this even more absurd is that my crypto exchange account was not funded by my bank so it's totally irrelevant. Now I have to wait for forever for them to get back to me to see what their next crazy request is.
  4. Just before I do this - they actually just emailed me. Is this even legal to request such a thing? I cannot find a place, either at my bank statement or crypto exchange statement that shows such a thing. Is this just another delay tactic?
  5. I did. I'll use a vpn to submit it then. It should be up in about 30 mins.
  6. Good morning Coco, When I use this link you provided earlier I still can't select Chipstars as an option. https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/reviews/chipstars-casino
  7. I will be making this complaint in a few hours as they have still not replied to me at all even tho I emailed them again this morning. Incidentally, the only email I had off Chipstars, shows their new feature for UK players:
  8. Thanks. I will leave it till tomorrow now that you've wrote this as I'm super busy this evening. Perhaps they will see it and respond to me in some way, hopefully showing some integrity. If not then I will write it all up tomorrow. Thank you again.
  9. It's more just to highlight the robberies this company commits, in hope that Curacao take some sort of action against them to protect other players.
  10. Thanks. Yes I will keep you posted. Atm I will wait a day or two and see what their next reply is. After that I move on to showing Curacao license people all the interactions so far. Not that I think they will do much.
  11. Oh man, agreed. I did not think of that. They could be upto anything.
  12. No response yet. If I go to live chat they just say it's been looked at and they will be in touch. Fwiw, I have a complaint open on casinoguru too, and I have also been trying to liase with the forum guy they have on bitcointalk.
  13. Exactly. It is just another absurd demand from them that makes absolutely zero sense.
  14. Here is the exact request they asked for, with Gemini being the crypto exchange I use. It's obviously just delay tactics because each time I provide them with what they need they just come up with something else.
  15. They still haven't replied. They haven't even confirmed anything. Just radio silence.
  16. Ok that maybe slightly negligent on my part but in reality I clicked the link on the Chipstars page to AG, it showed high scores, i closed the page. I should probably have looked a little closer. I did eventually look a lot closer once I had not received my money, of course. That said, Chipstars are still entirely without merit in any of this so far, quite the opposite. I'm not sure why me being from the UK excuses them in at all.
  17. When people look at these reviews they see the score and then move along. Just because it says restricted somewhere on the page means not much. Restricted from what? There shows no indication of what this restricted box actually means. Also, I did not base the decision to play here solely on Askgamblers high scoring review. On the Chipstars page they have a plethora of high scoring reviews. Attached files shows this. So I was absolutely lead to believe by them that they were legitimate. Chipstars know I am from the UK. They accepted my custom. Surely the winnings should be mine.
  18. I even noticed that Bojan from Chipstars was viewing this thread and not a single word has been spoken by him. Nothing whatsoever. That speaks volumes.
  19. I chose to play there because they had a 'kind face' due to aggregate reviews which are probably all fake. They accept UK players too. So I just stroll in, a normal guy looking to have a flutter. Unbeknownst to me they are likely just crooks and this innocent party can never actually win on said site. Once they accept my custom and choose not to pay then surely this is just straight up undeniable robbery and they should not be promoted by you in any way shape or form. There is no other way to look at this.
  20. A lot of casinos worldwide in many countries are not licensed by their governments. Billions worldwide are at risk of this sort of thing happening. That does not change the fact that in this situation I am absolutely owed the money. Just because the UK has fairly stringent regulations relative to other states does not mean I am more or less deserving of the funds owed. Askgamblers should not promote this site in any way.
  21. Yes that is the casino. The issue is they simply keep making more reasons not to pay. Initially they wanted a notarized passport, which they've now dropped. Then they were investigating the sports bets. Now they want crypto statements and evidence of how I accumulated crypto, which I've sent. It's all just obvious delay tactics. One excuse and demand after another, none of which have any ground to be even asked for in the first place. I am fully verified. I deposited with BTC. Everything is above board which is why I'm so intent on receiving exactly what I'm owed.
