Hi and thanks for your welcome, I don’t know the amount of the prize, but the bet was of 200€ in a 1-4999:1 multiplier. Neon 54 gave me €200 as a bet and completely ignored me. I don’t have respone of Playtech.

I was playing "Adventures Beyond Wonderland Live" with the maximum bet on "Magic Dice" and my browser freezes. I don't receive the prize. I file a complaint on AskGamblers providing all the evidence and they agree with Neon54 who have not provided anything!
