  1. Hi and Thanks for your reply, First I wrote a review on Ask Gambler about this casino and what they did to me. Then I received an email from Ask gambler telling that they won't published my review, as they thing that my case can be helped by their team and they told me to open a case. Wich I did. They refused my cased, and told me to contact the licence provider to have my issue solved... I really don't understand why they did that... Thats not nice, and I saw several same case, and even new one about others casino that Ask Gamblers are solving right now... So today I have 0 help, and a company of licence that protected their casino (I saw on forum that Antillephone never give positive issue for players...) And about your question, Im self exclude (in France), but the Curuçao casino doesn't care about that... @cocopop3011can you please help, cause I don't understand why the website are not helping me.. Thanks a lot
  2. I contact Antillephone which is the company licence, and so far no reply.... Can someone help me please ? I just want my last deposit back. Is someone familiar with legal case against them ? Thanks
  3. It does not follow their terms I quote. Also how can they say : you can open and play if your country is on the list and then ask us to check the law when the licence ask them to operate only on authorised country. They are fully aware. It just an other issue in my case, because of the abuse and non respect of exclusion

On general casino rules and conditiones they said : Les joueurs résidant dans les pays qui ne sont pas disponibles sur la page d'inscription ne sont pas autorisés à créer de compte et à jouer sur Evolve casino. Wich means : Players residing in countries that are not available on the registration page are not allowed to create an account and play at Evolve casino. They said : Askgambler complaint team reached to the conclusion that you must forward the dispute in front of the relevant gambling authority directly as they are the only competent authority to conduct proper investigation and reach to justified decision whether there was any breach of regulatory requirement or not.. So far I've read on other forum that they don't do anything, even if the website doesn't respect the licence, and operate on forbidden country (and promote here as legal casino online...) So that a bit unfair knowing that other people in same situation and same issue got help from here

About the casino : I ask them 10 days ago to refund me my deposits since february and they didn't reply to me sadly. I saw here that Mountberg casino is used to do that.. I gamble 100€, or 200€ max... On the middle of 2018 I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer (32 yo with no kids), my world collapsed. I had surgery, chimo... Lost friends, and started to stay from my life and was only on my laptop gambling and crying.5k, 10k... my salary wasn't going on my clothes, beauty products, but on gambling...I start on playing on Mountberg casinos, lucky luke, Banzai, lucky fortune, Viggoslot..... never won on them, and they closed my account when I ask with no problem cause I told them I lost a lot and couldn't anymore (they continue to send me ad about it) Then I received an offer for their other casino : Evolve, I never won, and ask several times to close my account, and they offer me cashback when I lose so I continue to deposit, and deposit. 10k, 20k, 30k... between 2020 and 2021 it was more than 50k... and no withdrawal. Nothing, the casino was happy that I spend so much, and they don't offer self exclusion like I can on other website (stake or gamdom for exemple). I manage to reduce my deposit by putting an amount limit, but I change it when I was angry and alone (I have no personal support, my parents are in Belgium and me in Paris), I spend all covid time alone and sick and playing. I deposit all the money I won working for years. I asked the casino to close my account on chat as I was losing a lot, they never wanted me to leave (I was depositing so much and making the casino all the money), they offered me free spins and cash bonus to make me stay on september 2021 and november 2021 when I ask for permanent closure(they never cared when I told me that I was loosing a lot of money, and never consider my problems or offer me assistance or deposit limits : attached emails). I asked again, tired of that on february 2nd, they said they will come to me by mail. They didn't want to close my account and offer me again a bonus to make me stay. They sent me text messages and emails to make me deposit (I still have them), they used me, used my wickness against me.Again in February and March they used me and put me 50€ and 100€ to make me stay. Since my demand of closing my account (february) I deposit and loose 5349€....I had the courage to force them to close with multiple chat and email just few days ago when this casino managed to refuse to pay me when a slot crahed. They tried again to make me stay with 50€, and I managed to be strong and refused. Since they agreed to close my account Im having everyday emails, texts and phone call about their new casino : cabarino, and also all others mountberg (I kept everything)... Its an abusiv method.I sent them a few days ago an email asking them to refund my money I deposited since my email when I was asking them to close my account in February... They never reply to me and only send me everyday messages about the offers..My life is sad, but the practice of them is sicker... I suffer a lot, and to realise that ther used me to make 50k is painful... It was dark though. But I want to stay strongI just want to get help, and have my money back from them. Its very crual to act like they do. Please people like me, ask for help. I couldn't have the help I need, don't be like me. Thanks for reading my story and for your help.
