Excuse after excuse from Betway. After last night claiming that changing to the bank transfer method would fix the issue they now claim this:
Me: Hi, can you confirm if the the funds have been been reprocessed to my alternative method (bank transfer)
Betway: Hey there, thanks for reaching out!
We can see that you have lodged a formal complaint regarding your withdrawal and therefore the customer support team can no longer assist you with this matter. Please allow for our Customer Care team to respond to you."
This is a never ending nightmare. Nobody from customer care has gotten back to me. Please help @cocopop3011 I just want my money and for this nightmare to be over. I've never experienced anything remotely like this with other bookies. Bet365, Paddy Power and the rest all withdraw within an hour and if there is something wrong their customer support is useful. Please help I'm losing hope.
