  1. Excuse after excuse from Betway. After last night claiming that changing to the bank transfer method would fix the issue they now claim this: Me: Hi, can you confirm if the the funds have been been reprocessed to my alternative method (bank transfer) Betway: Hey there, thanks for reaching out! We can see that you have lodged a formal complaint regarding your withdrawal and therefore the customer support team can no longer assist you with this matter. Please allow for our Customer Care team to respond to you." This is a never ending nightmare. Nobody from customer care has gotten back to me. Please help @cocopop3011 I just want my money and for this nightmare to be over. I've never experienced anything remotely like this with other bookies. Bet365, Paddy Power and the rest all withdraw within an hour and if there is something wrong their customer support is useful. Please help I'm losing hope.
  2. Betway owe me 2 transactions totalling £522. I have been through the ringer with their customer support team. After last night I thought I had found a resolution. They said changing my preferred withdrawal method to bank transfer would allow them to process the funds successfully which I did. This morning when I asked their support team about it they said this: "Hey there, thanks for reaching out! We can see that you have lodged a formal complaint regarding your withdrawal and therefore the customer support team can no longer assist you with this matter. Please allow for our Customer Care team to respond to you." I have heard nothing back from their customer support team. Please help me guys. I just want my money and for this never ending nightmare to be over.
  3. Right I've updated my preferred withdrawal method to bank transfer as advised by their live chat and they've said the payments team will reattempt payment within 48 hours of the update. Let's see if this sorts it out because this is getting ridiculous!
  4. "Paid" status on the 8th April. Betway are now asking me to update my withdrawal method to bank transfer and send a bank statement to an email address. This seems kind of fishy. What I don't get is how the OP on this post has been paid. I'm talking to someone on Twitter (@LuniMarco) who says he withdrew on the 26th of March and still hasn't been paid. Yet this poster is saying he withdrew on April 4th and has been paid. If there is a processing queue then surely the other guy should have been paid first? Can the OP of this post confirm whether he had to change withdrawal methods to bank transfer or if he just randomly received his money please? This all seems suspect.
  5. I'm having the exact same problem and unlike OP I STILL haven't been paid, please help guy! Other people I'm talking to on Twitter also hasn't received their money. Please guys continue to follow this up if you can, very worried
