  1. But there is the one other problem that occurred as well. King Billy deleting all of my gaming logs on the website and when I requested for my gaming logs so I could calculate my cashback the first document they sent me was edited. Then when I complained bc I had an original from two weeks before, which they must of forgot I had for another complaint, they sent me another edited version and finally after arguing they sent me the original.

    Three diff. edited versions of my gaming/betting logs which is a violation of  The Data Protection Act. Which is BIG deal!! In the eyes of any authority that is committing fraud!!

  2. hey  @kayenne23 you were right I got a response back from the pogg telling me:

    "The MGA has reviewed this issue and concluded that it exceeds the remit or authority of an ADR to review given that it relates to relates to licensing rather than transactional matters.

    You will need to contact the MGA directly to raise your concerns in this case"

    I contacted the mga and they said they are looking into the case, but from your experience what do you think will happen since King Billy has the same brand that have two diff licenses, the mga player support directive says that when this is the case the foreign license can't breach the player directives!

    Well I started my complaint here and then got it turned down they said I should got to the reg. body. Then I was told to go to The Pogg and I did that. Now I have this statement by The Pogg, 

    So I'm just going to wait it out  for a response back from the MGA.

The Pogg is king billy's ADR. I asked the support chat here at ask gabmblers and they said that the MGA is now taken the investigation further but thought you might know a little bit more about their investigative techniques and if the casino is trying to appeal the poggs decision. Thanks for your input!

    Well I was told by the player support chat to ask the question in the forum if anyone had experience in dealing with the MGA regarding how long it took! And the response I got were good but you should inform your members to stop trolling people who have valid questions! 

    If people continue to troll people no one will continue to stay here and participate on this forum, and it will drive people away from asking valid questions!

    Therefore, you need to stop it and not laugh when people make stupid comments about how I spent 250, made 8k and then lost it, which by the way is total lies I spent over 30k over those two weeks!  bc then your participating in this as a forum admin. It looks bad on you and you should be bipartisan!!

    Anyways I'm done talking about this situation and will post it so everyone will see when I'm  right. It's horrible when members instead of helping other members want to degrade them. When we should be all sticking together and helping each other!

    Everyone needs to take tips from AFI4WINS he's so humble, helps people and shows the upmost respect! I vote AFI for PRESIDENT!!!!

    why don't you go ask your buddy @Ruslan_KingBilly and ask him why he's in hiding he's not even responding to complaints that people made about kingbilly on his thread at casinomester!!

    And the pogg could of easily dismissed my case but there are two reason stated on their website why they go to the MGA:

    1. They told the casino to pay me and they refused to do so.

    2. They are seeking to get the casino sanctioned bc they committed fraud.

    Also, Duncan would of not made the mistake of going to the MGA if their was a jurisdictional issue he's more competent and has more experience then most. Also the MGA has said if a casino is operating the same casino in two diff. jurisdictions then the player protection is valid.

    Why don't you ping @Ruslan_KingBilly and have him answer this question. They have committed fraud and deserve everything thats coming to them.

    Also wanted to show you a pic I saved from casinomeister PAB manager when I showed him all the forged documents of this casino, and his response to that!

(1 month max to resolve it).  If you didnt have third party involved, i think it would be easier for you to contact them via chat and ask them about the investigation. If they closed chat on platform, you can call em or send em email.  They also send you an email when the investigation is starting and also u got a reference number within the email. 3 months passed sure, but when did pogg first contact mga about this matter? If they conctacted mga, 1 month ago, then you will wait. If its been 3 months since pogg first contacted mga, then this month you should have an update. 

    they contacted the MGA on around Dec 20. If you check the last page I posted a pic of the confirmation that the pogg is consulting with them.

    I'm not directly corresponding with the MGA, its the pogg. No I didn't use aggressive language with the pogg. it's been over three months so hopefully they will respond back this month. But do you have experience in why they would be taking so long?

  11. I totally get where you're coming from brother and appreciate your input since you were the first supporter/help I got  from the start of this mess.

    But the pogg who has tons of experience dealing with complaints, informed me that they are consulting with the MGA, I hardly think Duncan would make a mistake. 

    But I do want to point out something that the MGA states when a casino is operating the same brand in another jurisdiction: 

          "Secondly, where the website of the MGA-licensed operation is also used in connection with a foreign licence, this shall be notified to the MGA forthwith, and such setup shall be allowed only in exceptional circumstances, where the MGA is satisfied that the regulatory objectives are not prejudiced thereby"

    Therefore, I think I am protected by the mga because King Billy operates the same brand in malta and curacao!

     

     

  12. @cocopop3011what was it that I wrote specifically that you interpreted me expressing my feelings about AG in a negative way?

    The reason why I am complaining about King Billy on casino threads is to inform other gamblers about my experiences and to protect them from the same thing happening to them! Information is power!

    This is about King Billy not paying me my correct cashback while sending me 5 diff cashback schemes and then deleting my gaming log history in my account profile so I couldn't look or calculate it myself. Then when I requested my betting logs via email  they sent me 3 diff kinds of edited versions which is fraud and illegal, against MGA policy!

    @Afi4wins Why do you feel like it will take months? it's already been 2 months so far since they sent the complaint over to the mga!

     

    LASTLY, ITS FUNNY HOW @Ruslan_KingBilly SAID  IN THIS THREAD THAT THE MALTA GAMING AUTHORITY HAS NO JURISDICTION OVER THIS CASE!! 

  13. first of all neither lcb or casinomeister pab adjudicated my complaint, its still with the pogg. Casiniomeister forum members all they do is pass judgement and harass people with valid complaints. If you read through my thread I got kicked off bc I was a truth teller and they got mad bc I was right every step of the way.

    Also the pogg will not try and resolve your complaint if another pab is handling the case, and I started the complaint with them so I never asked lcb or casinomeister to resolve this, I went on there to post my opinions about the casino. 

    Furthermore if you read my trust pilot complaint King Billy replied back and said that the pogg resolved the complaint in their favour but look at the picture below!! King Billy lied and that should show you what type of casino they are, but the question is why do they need to lie about the pogg resolving the case in their favour when they never have!!
