Hi all,
I am just writing to voice how disappointed I am as a new customers that my withdrawl has been penalised greatly and I will only be refunded my intial deposit.
Below was a niave t and c breach
Bets placed on all games other than slot machines will be deemed a violation of the Terms and Conditions therefore your bonus and winnings will be voided.
I understand your t and c above having made the mistake of playing 17 blackjack hands, after quickly noticing my mistake i then proceeded to play slots and see out my bonus going onto customer chat several times to check my progress, not once having it raised I had already breached the terms.
As you can see I played thousands slot spins under the €10.00, hours worth of my time to beat the bonus percent all to be shot in the foot my a few blackjack hands which I understand is a t and c but it feels extremtly harsh as a new customers oversight, I will be raising this on an ask gamblers form to share the outcome /your thoughts on this.
I feel its a real shame and puts a downer on a new casino I would of wrote an otherwise fantastic review on.
