Of course, I, as well as many of you, are going crazy with my child at home. And I don’t have enough time for my affairs. But you can appreciate every moment and be thankful for everything.

I had problems with an uncontrolled flow of emotions. I felt very guilty, even if I lost no more than I could afford, then I experienced aggression, which negatively affected the life of my family. Also  when I won in fits of joy I spent money on all sorts of stupid things and then regretted it. My psychologist and I decided to work with emotions and it took me 12 lessons to learn how to control it. Step by step.

Oh during last 2 month there are only losses. but as for biggest amount it was $500. not too much. but what can I do. 

I attended a psychotherapist and it helps a lot and I also read a lot of psychology information. did someone do the same?
