      It got to the point where it didn’t actually seem real. It felt like one of those fake play pokie apps. A normal win on a normal spin at $90 Push was anywhere from $2k-$6k. And wins of over $10k became regular. Free spins was intense. Was getting $20k wins on free spins- sometimes more. Because we did not know 100% if they were going to honour the winnings (as you always hear stories of them not paying out) we did didn’t enjoy it as much as we would have liked- as their was always that doubt in our minds. The moment we received confirmation that it was ours (message saying “congratulations! $150k? Awesome! It’s all yours now, we are transferring into cash balance now”) It was a massive relief. Still there is doubt now- even though 3 people from the casino have assured/ promised that the winnings are al mine & withdrawable- We have even discussed withdrawal terms & been told we can only withdraw $4,000 per week etc etc. Have screen shots of all conversations. Yet we are now getting told that the deposit is going through a verification process & they can’t tell us 100% if it will be approved. It’s been a roller coaster I tell you that much.

      Well, you could say that- but considering I only deposited $50- the money I was betting is money I did not have before, so was worth the risk. If I didn’t take the risk with larger bets in the first place I would have never won that amount. If I got it up to $100,000 & lost it all; I would not be as upsets opposed to loosing $100,000 of my own money

      No, no jackpot. Started at 1.50 bets & worked my way up. The big win of $100,000 was on a $90 push. Previous to getting that win I had worked it up to $25k, back down to $14k, back up to $50k & then down to $20k again. Once I got the $100k win it just kept going up from there. I was doing $250 pushes at one point. It was still playing well in the end, but the second I received confirmation from 21dukes that I was able to withdraw the amount & that the whole lot was mine- I stopped playing & handed my login details to my partner. She has changed passwords etc so there is no temptation at all.

      Final result. Can only withdraw $4,000 weekly. Hoping someone knows a way around this?

      n the active bonuses area, it doesn’t say anything regarding wagering. The terms & conditions on their site state that there is no max cash out & no wagering requirements. When I asked them what was going on, they told me to “give them 15 more minutes” then they said we would hear from them via email, and nothing. I told them I was worried about not getting the money, and they said “nothing to worry about we just have to go over a few things” I assume that means they are attempting to locate a loop hole.

I never saw the promo till I registered either- have had my partner on her phone searching for it on their website with no luck. The cashback terms say that there is no wagering & no max cash out, therefor the winnings should technically be in my cash balance. Any advice on where to go from here?

      Hi, This morning I deposited onto 21 dukes casino. It was my first deposit with this casino so they offered me 100% cash back or 200% bonus. I chose to go with the cash back. Believe it or not I ended up winning $129,000. I was absolutely stunned. I went over to the withdraw section of their casino and noticed the money is in my bonus balance. I followed all the instructions very closely when signing up and specifically chose the cashback bonus as it doesn’t have any wagering requirements or max cash out. Their customer support are either ignoring me or delaying the process. I still have no answer as to why I can’t access the money I rightfully won with my deposit. I should be over the moon with my win but instead I’m sitting here wondering if I’ll get the money at all. Out of curiousity is there anyone on here that has dealt with situations like this before whether it be with this casino or a different one? Any advice would be much appreciated as this could be life changing for me and my small family. Thanks
