  1. This is really juicy. Ignition Casino is holding my money hostage because they refuse to communicate via email. They closed my account and demand to speak over the phone. I responded by saying that I'm happy to produce any/all verification (documents, photos, ect...) but I don't want to talk over the phone because I want a written record of all my exchanges with ignition. They claim the following: "there's limited information that we can provide over written correspondence." When I asked them what they meant by that (ie what type of information cannot be transmitted via email) THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER and just produced another automated email. My account is locked! This demand to speak over the phone is not anything I run into with any other company, including Bovada as I said in my email exchange (surely now I'll get a surprise by them as well). I cannot withdraw because any time I ask them to clarify what type of information they cannot provide via email, they reply with the same automated message with a phone number to call them. I fully concede that a phone conversation would end this but locking my account for this and preventing me from withdrawing almost $2000 because I choose the method of correspondence is DISHONEST and ANTI-CUSTOMER! attached are the email exchanges... Note: It repeats itself. So I recommend starting at the bottom of the PDF and scrolling up from there until you encounter the first email again (pg 4).
