  1. I have been with Royal Panda from its earliest days. I have not had any issues till I won a large amount before Christmas 2017. I was told to close my account for a month. When my account was reopened I struggled with the level of customer service. I am VIP Gold, yet I always end up talking to a standard client support. Who have no power in VIP bonuses. Every time I call VIP in Malta it costs me money. I always get the number you have dialed is busy. I always have to ask for cash bonuses as I do not like the loyalty point 35 x wagering. There is an agreement that I call in and request cash bonuses. I have always been able to use my cash bonus on sports betting with 1 x wagering. Yesterday 6th February 2018 I received a £20 cash bonus after submitting an excel sheet of all my deposits. This is the second time I've had to instigate my loyalty to Royal Panda. No one looks after my account. I'm doing their job for them. I tried using the bet in the evening only to find I could not use it on sports bets, like all my other previous cash bonuses. I asked customer support. They said VIP were out off office and to call tomorrow. I said this is not helpful and all they had to do was to remove the bonus and reapply it. I was told I had to use it on casino first. I said that this is not the agreement and what I have been told. I said all my previous cash bonuses were sports bonus. I felt blackmailed and lost £15 on roulette straight away. I feel conned and blackmailed. The VIP dept did not apply my bonus correctly. I should have been able to use it on sports. All I want is my £15 cash bonus for sports refunded.
