I think it's international. I'm not sure, but they're definitely scammers—a kind of subtle scam.  

This is the reason why it was rejected the first time.

As the saying goes..."I told you so!" 😜

I think I have already asked you to stop changing your username if you want to enter contests as it gets very confusing. We don't have a specific rule - but you will need to stay at one username from now on if you want to keep entering the contests please.
