I get what you're saying. A lot of our recent titles have leaned toward a more medium to high volatility profile but are more balanced, and that can definitely feel “safer” compared to other studios where max wins feel more within reach. Part of that shift has been market-driven (different jurisdictions, broader player bases, compliance, etc.), but that doesn’t mean we don’t hear players who miss the punchier stuff.
We’re actively discussing volatility profiles internally, especially around max win potential and how we can introduce more “big moment” mechanics without losing the core entertainment value. It’s a tricky balance, but feedback like this genuinely helps steer future design decisions.

Which casinos are affected? Where do I even begin?
I should mention that there might be a legal dispute or lawsuit against Pragmatic Play – and this was my last chance to contact them. As already mentioned, all other inquiries via the contact form, X, etc., are being ignored.
Examples:
Shuffle, Thrill, BC Game & Betpanda -> will discontinue service in Germany around mid-2025 due to "lack of a German license." This will result in claims for damages against the casinos and Pragmatic Play -> due to illegal gambling and bets that are invalid under German law.
Bet Bolt -> illegal access via VPN

@bp54 Your case was termed a cybercrime case and casinoguru said they cant help you with that.
They also said this -
"I apologize, but from our point of view, it would be impossible to conclude that the responsibility for the incident lies with the casino, and we cannot ask them to refund the balance that was played down.
Due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be closed, and I would urge you to contact the authorities for further assistance. Thank you for your understanding. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into issues with any online casino in the future."
You should wait for the outcome of your case at Casinoguru instead of trying to get your case opened here as well. Have patience.
