    • @mrleecroft Hi there and welcome to the casino. Since Ignition Casino is not listed at Askgamblers, you cannot file a complaint here unfortunately, but you can always try at other forum websites. Anyhow, maybe someone here who has experienced a similar incident as you may be able to give some comments. 😇
    • Hi Everyone & AG Mods, I’m seeking advice or help from the community and moderators regarding a backend cashier system issue with Ignition Casino that left my account with an unearned negative balance. Summary of the Issue: On August 21, 2026, I initiated a single $157.84 Bitcoin deposit to play 777 Deluxe. Ignition's cashier system provisionally credited my playable balance immediately. However, when the actual blockchain transaction confirmed moments later on the backend, Ignition's cashier failed to reconcile it with the provisional session. Instead, it registered as a second incoming deposit, silently double-crediting $157.84 to my account mid-session. Days later, an internal audit caught the unbacked double-credit and placed a $157.84 negative balance adjustment on my account.  On an August 29 live chat, Support Supervisor Zak explicitly reviewed the transaction logs and confirmed: 1. Strictly ONE transfer was ever sent from my external wallet. 2. The duplicate credit was caused entirely by an internal timing delay in Ignition’s automated provisional cashier system failing to pair the incoming confirmation. Why I Need Help: Holding a player financially responsible for an automated software timing lag that occurred silently during active play is unfair.  Because Ignition Casino isn't listed in the direct complaint drop-down menu on AskGamblers, I am posting here to ask: - Has anyone successfully escalated a provisional cashier timing error with Ignition management? - Can any AskGamblers reps or mods offer guidance on how to get senior management to review Supervisor Zak's August 29 chat transcript for a courtesy waiver? Any advice, moderator assistance, or thread exposure would be greatly appreciated!   I would like to file a complaint against ignition casino and not sure how on this site ?    Thanks
    • How did you find out that your account was closed because of that joke in poor taste? Since live support didn't confirm it, I suggest waiting the 72-hour period, if your account remains blocked after that, contact the casino support team via email, as live chat doesn't always provide the reasons for an account block.
    • @perceptive541 Hi there and welcome to the forum. It seems to me that your account may be temporarily disabled - to make you learn a lesson to be polite all the time to any casino's host! 😜 Yes, this sort of thing has happened before, albeit very rarely I must say, but the casino has the right to take disciplinary action against a player if needed to. Wait for the 'cooling off' time to pass and try to log in again later, but I really wouldn't know how much later though - could be 1 week, could be 1 month, could be less even.
