I did something stupid and got careless to the point someone logged into my account while I was online playing towers. I play small. 5-10$ deposits I play in IDR to make it last longer. I was up to between 3-4 million IDR (5000 bc coin) (150$+-) when I was suddenly logged out. Not sure what happened so I put my phone down, took a leak, got a drink and was back in 3 or 4 minutes. When I signed back in my balances were all 0, rakeback was even claimed. I immediately went at looked at transactions where I had a pending withdrawal for 5050 Bc coin and a C wallet attached to my account. I immediately removed the wallet and went looking how to change the phone number since that's how my account was compromised. I use Google to login, no kyc but it's an old account maybe 4 years old, only recently played in the regular the last 6 weeks or so since I gave up on another well known casino. There's was no cancel option on the withdrawal but it was processing. I clicked the solscan link and it went to a transaction not found screen ( withdrawal not sent) I went to live support and hurriedly typed out what was going on. , closed support chat and went looking for more ways to cancel this withdrawal and secure my account. Not 1 minute later I went back to live support to see I typed something like ( it's fine now I figured it out) At that point I switched to all caps and repeatedly said I'm hacked, their still logged in , cancel the withdrawal etc. ( I have live support chat transcripts and screenshots) Live support twice seen what they thought was me say everything was alright until finally the 3rd time I got someone on their they advised me I can request to lock my own account and go for recovery. It's a no brainer it's my account, no one has ever used it and sure lets lock it. So they did. Recovery team sent me the email requesting proof of transactions including screenshots of my wallet etc. no problem 80% of every deposit I ever made and the 1 withdrawal I ever had all came from my same exodus account. 3 hours after I sent that in I get an email saying my withdrawal of 5050 bc coin was successful. Smh 3 hours later.... So now I got that out it's been 2 weeks and haven't heard anything at all back. Should I log into a 1 time account and hit up live support? Should I email them ?(I read from others it tends to slow the process down when you bother them) And once my account is restored will they replace the 5050 bc coin that was withdrawn 3 hours after they locked my account for me? I'm in no way complaining I'm asking others knowledge or experience and I also read there's a Staff member of Bc here that has helped others in the past might see fit to help a very grateful fella get his account back. Even if they don't replace the withdrawn funds I still should have a decent weekly and monthly bonus to play with. I'm a grandpa, I play these games for pure enjoyment, not expecting to win just to have my 7 or 8 or maybe 20$ let me play for a few hours and unwind after a long day at work. Shoot it's much cheaper and safer then going to a brick and mortar casino and honestly more fun. Sorry to anyone who actually reads this and thank you to anyone who does, Joe -
Modern casino slot machines often are networked/able to talk to remote servers so much like online slots they are alot harder to compromise. The scam Flatzem mentions is cool. -
Yes more often than not I'm just setting the slot to stop if xwin >75x or stop on feature etc

Hi, unfortunately I still haven't received any part of my withdrawal. Mine was requested on July 26 and is still pending. I’m also trying to understand whether anyone who requested a withdrawal in August has already been paid, as that could give us a better idea of whether they are processing withdrawals in chronological order or not. Have you received anything from your withdrawal yet?
