Alright so I just lost £4000 on 888 Casino/Poker but back in 2017 I self-excluded from 888 via WinkBingo and asked 888 to close my account down then today I signed up to 888 Poker and deposited and asked for a bonus and they said I couldn't get one because I had other accounts or something but then the operator said they'll manually apply them and then I lost £4000 on BJ and now annoyed since I was self-excluded from 888, any chance I can get a refund?
