Wild.com any experience?

So, I read some sites giving this new casino Wildz.com good reviews. The people bevind it obviously have been for "Years" in the business. 

Well, saturday I win €1100 there. I try to fugure out where to upload document for verification. Find Nothing, excep in faq it say that if the upload link does not work, Sent to Email. So I do. 

Contact then on sunday via chat. The say that they received my Email and docs, but ask me to upload again via the link - that they have to activate. So I do. 

Contact on monday. Verified yet? No, but they Will. Contact today. Not verified. Support does not know why. Might be because of heavy traffic. 

 

Seriously? Big gambler sites like Casino Ground endorse Wildz, still they operate like this? Stalling verification and payout. Not good!
