Functional Changes to a button

Good Day,   My first post in the forum!! I have run into an issue and wanted to hear from others what they think of this.  I have played a game through a few of the Casino Rewards casino's, called Casino VIP and after playing it for a while I noticed some of the functionality had changed.  For instance, although subtle, the stop button changes to a dimmed spin when the icon for the bonus appears.  I took a screen shot of the reels spinning with the function of the button changed as well.  

If the Casino VIP icon is not present the button stays active with a stop function. 

I then looked up the help files definitions of the stop function, nothing defined in terms of how this would change the functional ability of the button or that it is dimmed when certain icons are present? 

And at times the button will allow a stop with the presence of the Casino VIP icon, although very seldom and sporadic.
