    Got reply on facebook earlier. Spoke away blah blah told them how lasvegas online offer good vip. Got hit with

     

    LISTEN Stuart, your message is fake and you seem to think we care about what you have or got from another casino we dont. I have checked and scanned and can see you made it and faked it. so i will report this to facebook, and ss.

     

     

     

    Showed them an email and got hit with that.

     

    Mentions vip on SS website but everytime i asked i got no reply and no rewards etc. Corrupt casino.

    I really cannot grasp the issue here...all I can understand is that it's about VIP rewards.

     

    Is it only about Silversands Casino's VIP rewards that the OP, 'Why4times', isn't getting?

    If so, what rewards isn't the OP getting...comp points...exchanged bonuses...cash...what?

     

    One casino doesn't give a damn about another casino in the first place...unless they are related...but the casino is also saying that the OP has faked that VIP rewards email?

     

    Oh geees...wish the OP can give more coherent details here...  :(

    From what I gathered the support was saying the OP sent in a fake message or something...But whether or not we'll actually know what happened is a whole other story I guess :p

    They never gave me cash back via monday promo. Then dont seem to get much in return for loyalty. I sent them an email of a reward i got from another casino for an example and they said it was fake.

    But then again, I've never liked the casino anyway, so your cashback reward may have been refused by the casino, for whatever reason/s deemed reasonable to them. Not telling their reason/s only makes the situation worse...and suspicious.

     

    Anyway, I would stop playing at this casino and find a more reliable casino to play at...but do some research (casino reviews) first before jumping into the water again. Don't wanna jump into a crocodile's wide opened jaws now would we?  :p
