volendam101
Last sunday afernoon it appeared to me that I would not receive my 20 free sunday spins, its a bonus based on your status, your playing history. I did a deposit in the 2 weeks before, in fact 3, which is one conditon to keep getting them. Ofcourse with bonus wagering to make but without the need to make a deposit first. The reason for not getting them was that I had a pending withdrawrequest. Live chat told me. I deposited last saturday evening, did a withdrawrequest sundaymorning early. I have read their tc s afterwards, especialy about this part, and it is indeed mentioned. Still find this very strange, unfair. They have a pending time of 2 days , mind you. So in fact, if you want to keep receiving these 20 free (bonus) spins you not only have to make deposits at least once in 14 days but you also better not request for a withdraw on a thursday, friday and saturday. Is this not a bit strange and unfair ?
Afi4wins
Not really mate! There are many casinos out there that specifically state 'no bonuses or free spins when there's a pending withdrawal'. So if the casino takes ages to make a payment, that rule sticks around for much longer...to players disadvantage of course...but not many players are even aware of this fact! So...always play at a casino that do FAST withdrawals...to avoid such inconveniences and traps! Right now, where I am concerned, all my accounts at casinos that cannot pay within 24 hours are already closed...with 1 more waiting to be closed...still waiting for the damn money to come in...sheeesh! volendam101
LeoDubbed
Do you want to know what's strange? Your profile picture, that's impossible, tried that many times and I couldn't get my eyes crossed Anyhow, MrPlay casino is not really my favorite and the 48 hours pending time is not uncommon at this casino group. I would think twice before making a deposit at a casino with pending time for withdrawal, I mean, they accept your money within seconds and takes forever to pay? Fairness is bad for business in this branche. volendam101
volendam101
Thanks for your comments guys. I did know that one cant get a bonus on a new deposit when you have already a pending withdraw but this was new for me. I also want to receive my withdraw as soon as possible but personally I have not a big problem with 2 pendingdays as long as I can be sure payment will be done immediately afterwards. Have a nice weekend all !
