CasinoPlex - Has it actually closed??

Recommended Posts

I'm not sure if this one is legit but I checked the website and it seems the 'active' CasinoPlex is owned by a different company, the games are very limited. Not interesting enough to play at if you ask me.

Afi is your man for this one but I did find a Plex.co.uk site with UK license but it doesn't actually load for me.

Sorry for the late reply guys...we had our Eid festivities over the weekend...so that kept me busy and occupied.  ^_^

As far as I can say, and know, the old CasinoPlex was owned and operated by E-Play 24, which has closed shop since some months ago. I did a look-through at the 'new' casino, which is now owned and operated by Betpoint group (UK company), has a UKGC license and is still operating from its Malta premises.

All I can deduce from this, is that Betpoint UK may have taken/bought over the casino from E-Play 24 and is running the show now, albeit with very limited games available to choose from. My 2 top favourites, Dolphin Reef and Safari Heat are not available, but Great Blue is.

I have not tried to do a login using my previous details, not interested to do that now, but maybe I'll give it a try later on, just to confirm if it's the same old CasinoPlex but with a new management.  :p

Ok...I just checked...but there is no login or signup button to be seen anywhere on the website...so I'm guessing that only UK players can do login and play at this casino...maybe for the time being, maybe not.

Thanks All.

Just a word of warning, I’ve been waiting almost 5 weeks to receive my winnings. Lots of various technical issues, or apparent issues with my bank.

Could be just teething problems as they mentioned something about going through a change in name. Hope they get better as they have a good selection of Playtech games.

Oh, in terms of login you I struggled to find this and it doesn’t appear to support mobile.

If you go to  < snip >

You then have the option to download their client or access via instant play. You can then register/login once the casino software has loaded.

If you go to http://casinoplex.co.uk/getting-started/

You then have the option to download their client or access via instant play. You can then register/login once the casino software has loaded.

I tried logging in just now, using my old login details, and as expected, I couldn't log in, simply because I had already closed my account.

So it looks like it's still the SAME old CasinoPlex casino but with a new management, still struggling with numerous teething problems, all within expectations of course. Once they get their things sorted out, they should be a reliable Playtech casino to play at. Better than GGN (Global Gaming Network) casinos, as far as I am concerned.  ;)

Hi,

Does anyone know what the deal is with this casino? AskGamblers says it has closed, but in May I was able to open an account at CasinoPlex.co.uk It seems only the .com site has closed and they are still accepting players on .co.uk.

I checked it, i can't login!

Therese some troubles with casino plex.

Find out, take another one)
