You see, It really is a big deal for me when a casino does this, not just because they are paying out the money but this just means they value their reputation and customers which is really not present to all of the casinos that I've played in the past. Kudos!

Aha, this really is great news that the manager took the decision to approve this withdrawal for you.It happens only too often that such bugs and errors occur and there's usually nothing the player can do so yep this is great news indeed. Thanks for sharing it with us.
