loveable
I have been playing at Butlers Bingo for quite some time now and had progressed so far, and spent so much, that I had unlocked all four of the bonus options when it was activated. A recent visit to the site and spins on the Immortal Romance revealed that all this progress had been wiped out. Here is the last email I recevied: Hi Nicola, Thank you for your email. Apologies for the previous email. Unfortunately we have had to make some updates to the site in order to ensure that we are up to date and games can continue to run smoothly. However due to these updates some players progression has been affected. We have worked with our technical team and investigated the issue thoroughly, unfortunately we are unable to restore the progression for players in this case. We apologies for any inconvenience caused and we do understand that this is frustrating for any players affected. Unfortunately we will be unable to restore the progression. However please bear in mind that the update was a requirement in order to keep the games running smoothly and to create a better player experience for our players all round and in the long run. As a once off goodwill gesture and to help you get going again I have added 15 free spins to Immortal Romance to you. Apologies again for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. If you have any further queries please let me know Regards, Butlers Bingo Support team. How is 15 free spins even near enough compensation for the money spent to achieve the progression I had in the bonus rounds? Where to go from here? Afi4wins
Hi Loveable Nicola...welcome to Askgamblers forum. Oh geees...now that is one heartache that's going to take a long time to heal! But the fact remains that what's gone is gone forever. So now...do you play Bingo all the time at Butlers...or you play both bingo and slot games? If you're playing only slot games, then I would suggest that you move on to a better casino. I was with Butlers too some years ago, until they closed down (or something like that, I can't remember now), and that was goodbye to Butler's forever. I've never won anything there in the first place, so there wasn't anything there to keep me back.
loveable
I'm more of a casino player to be honest but bingo's my business (provide content for multiple sites). It was the complete disregard and joke compensatory offer that got me. Like the upgrade actually doesn't improve anything from a players perspective. I guess the option I have is just to make others aware.
loveable
As a footnote, the free spins weren't even added....
Afi4wins
As a footnote, the free spins weren't even added.... Hmmm...that reminds me of a few other similar casinos too...I was promised some free spins but were never added. Well, at least readers would know better now after reading your post. cocopop3011
Yep I had a letter myself off them the other day saying they had updated their site and there was new bonus offers I could claim however I no longer play there so it was of no use to me. In regards to IM being reset this actually wouldn't bother me because even with all of them unlocked I tend to prefer Amber anyway, Sarah's never brought me much luck. However, I appreciate how you feel after the hard work of unlocking them all. Also agree that 15 free spins is a completely rubbish as way of compensation! Not really much you can do now though but move on or if you don't want to move on suck it up and start again.
