i recently endured 3 months of rt *****. i am avid slots player for the past 18 months, and i don't mean penny and nickel stuff. in dec i experienced failure with rtg casinos, where slots wouldn't download. i even replaced harddrive on a new computer. finally after 3 months i found a fix. wonderful to get back to the slots tournaments , only to find that bet phoenix has me locked out. supposedly for more than one account. i have told them i have never played under more than one account at a time, never opened a new one unknowlingly, and just want to deposit and get back to playing. i have never won a large amount nor made a withdrawal. any way to get an account reopened? believe me i learned to appreciate the ones i couldn't get into during rtg *****.
