Made a few withdrawals, they were pending for 48 hours then processed, no issues. I had a bigger win on Monday... 48 hours was up.. still pending, now... still pending. Chat tell me it will be processed soon, they do not answer phone calls or emails. anybody else experienced this? Hi James Hmmm..I'm not entirely sure we have an active rep here for Netbet, I'll check for you but to be honest I think probably opening a complaint is the best route. Do they not have live chat? Do they not have live chat? Hi, They have live chat, but every time I speak to them they just tell me they will process it soon.. which is not overly helpful.. They never answer any emails and they never pick up the phone. I have looked at the complaints here, and it seems they are pretty actively responding to those, I just wondered if there was a way to speak to that person before I escalate it! LeoDubbed Posted May 19, 2017 Share Posted May 19, 2017 I think NetBet is a very popular casino and probably they are very busy, sometimes casino need more time to process your withdrawal.
