Gameplay History.

Just wondering how long it takes to get information of a gameplay history?

Some casinos dont have display history but most do.

Im waiting for my gameplay history for last month, but they reckon it will take 7-14 days.

Even asking for a day or 2's gameplay history takes a few days or week to see it.

 

They sent me some history but asked them about something didnt seem right,

- they replied back saying that its only NetENTs gameplay history, for some reason they only sent me the history

of NetENTs gameplay which was strange.

 

I sent them back 2 photos and asked why doesnt this add up?

They said it was only netENTs histroy and along with a photo showing me not much to prove that it was.

They sent me a picture of me playing a netent game with 1 spin then changing game providors,

but that 1 spin doesnt show up on the history they orginaly sent me that was only Netents history.

 

After asking them that they sent me some other history which i had found a error again and basicly proved nothing to backup

about my question from the start.

When a player wins over $100 it shows up in a box in your profile along with archivements and logins ect...

But the $102 win doesnt show up at all on the side box section.

I asked them why isnt it ? They replied back with a complete different answer from what i was asking.

 

Theres 2 errors that im questioning.

1- Gameplay history doesnt add up and with there defending that its only NetENT then why isnt that 1 spin done showing up on that "NetENTs" displayed history?

2- Why isnt the $102 win showing up on the side box section as it should be between the

Are you saying that you are missing some of your money, Maskazergon?

Or are you facing some other issue with the casino?

 Yes, probably if you have some gap playing it and asking for the the game history they need to recover the file for you in this case I think you request the game history that you played month ago? 

The other one to which casino you're pertaining? It's true that some of the casinos don't instantly show game play history and others are readily available. I don't have any idea why they just only send you your NetEnt game play history? Am I right? I'm confused.
