V99D99
Hello People, most will never encounter the problem of being banned from a casino for winning continually. For those who will or have, the issue is serious and there is not a lot an individual can do about it. The only thing we can do, except sewing them and winning (without a chance to get back to the tables), is to use the power of community and internet. If you have been banned for winning, please post the name of the casino so we (as a collective) can significantly downvote them on google and LET OTHERS KNOW. I would be a very happy man if we could make this a habit. The Casinos must learn that they can not only let people play if they lose. Thanks for reading and supporting. I will, in the next days, post a list of casinos worldwide that have banned me and would really appreciate your downvotes on google. Thanks & have a good day

One that could potentially end up getting locked if you're about to throw out false accusations, but let's see where this goes first. V99D99
False accusations would indeed be a problem. But honestly, who would benefit from that? My intention is.. to find a way to get Casinos to reconsider this worldwide malpractice. What they are saying is: if you lose you can play, if you win stay away. Thats not a fair deal. In fact, I consider it crooked and criminal.

V99D99 , A good majority of establishments are subject to Legal ramifications and there are mediation and legal options in place things aren't as "wastelandish" as they appear although in certain Jurisdiction's finding justice can be difficult trust me I've been there and done that e.g Costa Rica . It sounds like you've been in the wars as I'm sure we all have why not maybe ...submit a complaint or approach some legal channels ...unless they are located on mars you should at least find a resolution in some form or another ...mob justice wont work man I mean its already the wild west out there personally I say thank the maker for places like askgamblers which gives the average gambler a chance to mediate . raverbabe
I have had winnings confiscated just twice in my entire online gambling "career", and both times it has been for a breach of the terms and conditions that I obviously should have read more clearly. I don't blame the casinos for this - it's great when places turn a blind eye to a rule breach, but if that doesn't happen I don't see any point getting mad about it. Self exclusion seems to be a particular hotbed of issues these days with so many casinos falling under the umbrella of larger groups. For this reason I *never* use the self exclusion option anywhere. I'll be fascinated to hear more about this, please don't keep us waiting! Raptordinos and stars_cream
Raptordinos
In last days I was excluded from Everest and Expekt but the reason was not me, but my country was excluded from casinos belonging to that group; however, I was worried about the fact casinos may be banning my country, so I sent an email to Expekt to explain me, but they said it is only due to new internal policies of the company. That answer was soothing.
