Gala Bingo verified me, unverified me, closed my account and are withholding my funds.

Signed up for gala bingo and received a notification via email that I was fully verified, brilliant, I deposited £10. 
 

I lost that £10 and deposited another £10. No issues at all. 
 

I then won £200 from that and tried to withdraw, this is when the issues began 

 

requested bank statements in PDF or PNG . 
 

provided them. 
 

they then wanted them in a different format. 
provided in the different format. 
 

they then came back they wanted photo ID. 
 

provided photo ID. 
 

then they wanted proof of address. 
 

provided this. 
 

next up they wanted me holding my ID… again… provided this. 
 

now they want more statements… 

 

3 days later I have jumped through hoops and STILL don’t have my money or access to my account.

Some casinos can be very slow with their KYC approval, so I suggest give them a few more days and see what happens next.
