Quick question for everyone! TaDa Gaming is one of the providers worth discussing when it comes to customer support.

Having access to live chat around the clock sounds useful, but what really matters is how clearly and quickly questions get answered.

Has anyone checked TaDa's support availability? And what matters more to you — a quick response or actually getting the issue sorted in one conversation?

BOTH are equally important to me!

No point if live chat is available 24/7 but have to wait several minutes to chat with a live host!

Similarly, I hate chatting to a live host who doesn't know the issue posed, or cannot give the relevant answers!
