DBBet - Missing Deposit of 25,000 BDT via bKash

made a deposit of 25,000 BDT to my DBBet account (User ID: 1752727631) on September 20, 2026, using the bKash payment gateway. The amount was deducted from my account with Transaction ID: DIK1OBSX4L. However, the funds have not been credited to my gaming balance. Live support provided no concrete help, and their official support email bounced back. Please help me resolve this issue.

Has the money been returned to your bank because this may be the case in a day or two, so I would check first.
